They tell you they will have a u haul then you get called hours before you pick up that you have to go to Goleta to get it.

Again, they need a to train their sales staff. At the drop off location they were not friendly at all and the lady that works there wanted me to do their job.They had four people helping one customer while I was standing there waiting to be helped.
