. While the services rendered were as expected, I felt the need to address the customer service experience. Unfortunately, the staff on duty appeared to be quite unfriendly, giving the impression that customers' presence was a bother to them. This was disheartening, as USPS is typically known for its reliable service and community presence.I believe customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and a welcoming attitude can make a significant difference in customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and will encourage a more positive interaction between your staff and customers in the future.

i had an appointment to get my passport renewed and i got there ten minutes early. the guy never called my name and i waited there for almost an hour. at 4:45 he comes out and says he has “1 appointment at 5:15, so he could take a walk in, and everyone else had to go home.” i tried to talk to him and explain i had an appointment and he shut the door on my face. lmfao. what a joke.

They lost our four separate passport applications for over two months. Now they’ve lost my tax return as well (still lost after a month). All of these documents were handed directly to a worker in the post office. The tracking number for the tax return shows it hasn’t gone anywhere at all in 22 days. I assume they’ll blame the storm, but this mail should have been delivered weeks before the storm even started.

Really unprofessional people who seem to either be overworked or just do not care about their job. Online says they have walk ins for passports but they really do not. I was told to go elsewhere like slo.

Woman working at the counter 8/9 12-00 pm undermines customers. Wouldn't recommend. I've shipped over 500 packages and do not need to be explained how shipping process works and that I should buy a scale to weigh my packed because 'they're not that expensive and available on amazon'

Answer your phones, sheesh. What a waste of tax payer dollars. Also, they can't deliver mail to the wright address ever. The people in my office complex are constantly having to go around to the other offices to drop off letters that were put in the wrong mailboxes.

I visited this post office a few hours after they closed as I needed to drop off 2 postcards. Not a big deal right? Wrong. There is very limited street parking, no drop off slots inside the post office, and the credit card machines at the self-service kiosks aren't even working! I ended up having to use the collection boxes outside the post office, something I don't really like to use.Would I visit this post office again? Possibly not, however if I happen to be in the area and if it happens that there is parking and they are open, I will visit!

Had a very simple question regarding a package delivery and a bitchy woman at the front desk cut me off and bluntly said they don't do that sort of work there and to go somewhere else.

I came to this location for the passport services. Lisa helped me out and was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and was happy to help me with my expedited passport renewal process. Her wonderful assistance made my day! Thank you USPS!

I could rate zero stars if i could, we asked a simple question, just one, after patiently waiting in line and the young lady with black hair and glasses rudely answered us. She then treated the customer behind us kindly. the interaction was not even a minute long. I work in retail and i have never received this type of attitude from a sales personal, very discouraging.

Hey, it's the Post Office. Does it really need a review? If you don't know what to expect by now, I guess you have never been! I will say I have been pleasantly surprised the few times I have been, of late. And less annoyed than expected. Typically everyone is helpful but with an abrupt approach, almost sighing at those of us who don't know everything "Post Office", like we've been working there for years. I am always satisfied and missions were always accomplished without much of a wait, so maybe there's something to be said about abruptness. Just don't go there hoping the staff will elevate your mood (not that anyone would) or you might "go Postal"!

My package never got delivered and it’s now impossible to get ahold of anyone. Iv been calling for 3 days now and still can’t get anyone to answer the phone.
