Quick and efficient to get my orders done with a specific time frame, honest about quotes. MyAnna particularly was very personable and professional with her communication. They also offer free jewelry cleaning and do everything in store. I’m glad I found them and recommend. One thing in the past that was their only poor point occurred for my partner, which was a lack of follow through on searching for a specific jewelry piece. Just follow up with them and usually response is quick!”
