Dont go here if you wanna open account. This place is trash customer service. Waited 30 mins only 2 people. The other guy waited 45 mins before got help. Go to other branch. Dont waste time like i did here.

Okay revising my review now they're not open till 4:00 p.m. screwed me over today I needed to make a deposit the location on Kylie and Homestead doesn't take cash deposits and now they're closing at 2:00 instead of 4:00 wow All of the other chase locations have water dispenser for clients except this one :(

I use Chase for my business and I always love to deal with them. I asked a banker to close my credit card and open a new one and that took only 5 minutes! Thanks again!
