If you make an appointment in advance you can only confirm it within a certain time before the appointment. Sign posts are relatively unclear. This can lead to your number being called, but someone else being in front of you anyway.

Made an appointment. The crowd has been better managed than before. The lines are short. The service has improved and the work is done quite efficiently. Thank you to the crew. Sometimes they don't get recognized just because of all the past bad experiences. I look forward to even better services.
