“It was my first time getting a loan from a pawn shop and as skeptical as I was, I ended up here due to Yelp. As funny as it may sound but I actually went online to read about pawn shops and got on YouTube but too much rambling so I just went on ahead. I was first assisted by Ramon and I believe this was mid Dec. 2022. Then I received a letter from the establishment stating that my watch will be seized if I fail to pick it up 10 days after March 30, 2023 which was the deadline. I called immediately because the two issues I encountered were: 1. I had moved to a new address so by the time I received the letter it was the 9th day. 2. I had to get a short extension due to a small complication with my company's direct deposit. Ramon wasn't there the day I called but Carlo assisted me after telling him my concerns. Carlo was respectful over the phone and I appreciate that he didn't cut me off at any point. My request was granted and I picked up my watch today (04/11/23) with no issues. That said, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Ramon and Carlo for their professionalism! I'm damn sure I'll be returning to their establishment again if I ever need help. Just one more thing I'd like to add is that they have a very welcoming vibe the two times I came in and that's a huge plus for me. With other establishments I personally don't see a point in wanting to get up to work if you're going to look dead and / or unwelcoming. Once again, thank you.”

Plus, he made sure the time was correct and told me about how my watch is solar-powered, which I didn't know before then. We even had a nice chat about why he got into the profession by repairing his friends' watches in his garage. So I wouldn't mind seeing him again if my watch gets broken again.”
