“I found Or Diamond through a reddit recc. We visited four other jewelers and immediately after our visit to Or Diamond, knew we wanted to work with them (personality fit). Then as we actually worked with them, we found out that our gut feeling was correct.
Ly was very patient throughout the design process. I didn’t really know what I wanted and kept changing directions. She gave really good advice throughout; once she knew what kind of style I liked/wanted to go for, she knew what to suggest.
The quality of the ring itself was outstanding. I love how the design came out, how the ring feels on my finger, and can’t find any fault with it.
I also appreciate that they found the best quality diamond for us, even though we never mentioned color, or inclusions or any 4C ratings (we just didn’t know enough lol).
Things that were important to me when collaborating with a jeweler: They were very responsive via email, communicated renderings and offered 3D printing to try on. Super helpful if you’re custom designing! They also allowed us to come by frequently to physically see the stones and designs.
One last thing to note, Ly and her father told me the ring would be ready at a certain date. However, they knew we were having our civil ceremony before that date. They told my fiance only that they had worked overtime to get the ring ready before the ceremony, and kept it a secret from me so that he could surprise me! I never expected a business to have that level of care for a customer. You can always find a cheaper way to get jewelry, but I think it is rare to find such a great experience and results as we did with Or Diamond.”

Because the ring carries a lot of sentimental value, we wanted to find a jeweler who would respect its meaning while helping us make a few changes. From our initial meeting, Jorge was incredibly welcoming and genuinely eager to help. “I stopped by Tic Toc because I wanted to get a few of my older battery‑operated watches running again so I could pass them down to my son. I’ve been wearing Citizen Eco‑Drive watches for years, so these pieces had been sitting untouched for a long time.
The older gentleman at Tic Toc handled the battery replacements quickly. He checked the seals, made sure the movements were still healthy, and got everything running without trying to upsell me. The prices were reasonable for the work, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected.
