It's a luxury department store. Here at Westfield Valley fair mall it is split into two different anchors, one for women, and other for mens and furnishings. Lots of sale and good bargains throughout the store. Even though we were past closing time Madhu was patient and rang all our purchases with no help.

I found a really cute dress on the sale rack that had lost its tags and Margo in the womens dresses department was able to find the price, even though it was the last dress lf it's kind left. She was so nice and friendly during the process of pricing the dress and check out. She was also training TWO new employees and handled doing many things at once so well. Give the girl a raise! ? ? ?

Had a wonderful time shopping in the men's and bedding sections today. It was really nice being able to see something and try it on before buying. Getting sick of buying things online and settling with the outcome. Needed to buy some new bedding goods (comforter, etc.), was so much happier and satisfied with looking and touching the product before hand. Smiled the whole time I was opening and redoing our bedroom with our new comforter, sheets, etc. couldn't be happier. The sales staff were very helpful and fun. I've missed this. I can't wait to go back.
