“First and foremost, I would not wish this on anyone, but having an infant or child leave earth so soon, on the holidays and have a funeral all within 10 days is not for the faint of heart. Despite all that and their recent return from the holidays, Keith and his brother at Lightning Press have gone above and beyond in helping us provide high quality prints for our program and memorial cards, as well as foam board posters for our collages and prints. We had submitted work to them on Wednesday and hope to have everything by Friday for a Saturday (1/6/24) funeral, and would you believe it all within less than 24h of submission, they had it ready by the next morning for pickup? “Woh. Best FedEx Print place I’ve ever been too. Usually it’s practically impossible to get any human help at these places these days. I came in to print something at the self-service station and they were slow enough that Shirley, Assistant Manager, asked me if she could help me directly. I admit that I was a bit shocked at the level of customer service. She was so efficient and so professional! I usually go to the location at 560 E El Camino Real, because it’s slightly closer to my house. That location is so bad and the customer service is terrible even when the machines legitimately aren’t working. I will definitely cone to this location from now on.
