Man! The manager of this store name is Jimmy. What a wonderful wonderful man! I just had back surgery weeks ago and I need to drop off a heavy load regarding the Amazon return. One of the fastest ups stores I have seen. They are always ready to serve you quickly. I have used them for returns printing and mailing services. They are best in all of them. Jimmy is always eager to help and answer any questions customers have. Once I saw an old lady in the store and the desk person was patiently helping her out, while also serving other customers in parallel.

I am personally like the ups store 5255 Steven's creek harpreet Jimmy and Sally helped me with my passport I forgot it in the copy machine they kept it they double checked to make sure it was me before handing it to me from their lost and found. Happy it was safe. Definitely recommend this store is the best.
