Remember to seal and tape your package before come. I came for Amazon package return. Since I was spoiled by other return service like FedEx and Whole Foods drop off, didn’t seal my box on the top. I was literally educated for straight 5 minutes for not reading the return instructions carefully and the tape also cost them. I did explain myself it was the first time I did a return drop at ups. I don’t understand what is so big deal to helping out customers with 10inch of tape which only costs 6cent, (yes I just did my calculations of 10 inches tape cost). I was so embarrassed and felt so shame just like I just broke my grandma’s vase. Ok I learned my lesson and bought my own tape at home. And I will always seal my packages. But I will NEVER EVER GO this UPS STORE.

Staff were friendly, but of the four items I brought, zero of them got shipped. One of them was a HappyReturns QR code, and they weren't able to accept it without a barcode on the item, which I've NEVER been asked for on a HappyReturns item. I brought it down the road to UltaBeauty, another Happy Returns location, and they took it without issue. No barcode needed.As for my other three boxes, they wanted to charge $2 per box to tape them shut. I left the flaps open so that I'd be able to check which box had which item since all the boxes were identical and I didn't want to mix up the prepaid QR codes. I've never been asked for money to tape a box shut at a UPS location before.

They charge $5 to print one page. They charge you for literally 12 inches of tape. Go to any other shipping store in the area and the prices are cheaper and they'll let you use a little tape as a courtesy. I won't be coming back. The nickel and diming is pathetic.

This is my local UPS store... I'm here often and I'm always grateful for Sally's wonderful help. She provides the best service possible and goes above and beyond. Sally is a very valuable asset to this location and has a very high work ethic. I hope management is taking notice! She also helps with packing items and making sure they are shipped safely, which I really appreciate! This location can get very busy but with employees like Sally, you won't be waiting too long. I'm a regular customer and am very glad she's part of the team!

The ladies in this UPS store are super friendly and provide an excellent custom service for international shipping to Canada. Appy is very patient and helps me fill in long lists of my shipping items. Sally is very careful about what items can be shipped to Canada, and help me check with the the international shipping service. She also helped me to spend a long time fixing the wrong address I mistakenly input and kept tracking the returning items to make sure that I can get them back. GiGi is always very supportive and give useful suggestions to help me to ship my stuffs smoothly. I have successfully shopped my boxes, therefore, I trust them and went back to them for many times. Again, I really appreciate their help and this is definitely my go to UPS store for international shipping.
