Miss Sukhvir needs to be trained in customer service. She is not polite at all and comes off as rude. I see there are more reviews about her, so maybe its time for management to do something about this. As a public serving institute, there should be employees who enjoy serving others, not that make it seem like customers are a bother.

DON’T COME HERE.If there is zero star option to rate this place, I would go for it.Very rude and lazy staff here, I waited in line for more than half an hour for my packages to be scanned and get a receipt, with a computer in front of them, the Asian lady just refused to scan, claiming it doesn’t work…

This review is specifically for the employee (Sukhvir). If you do not like your job, please quit. Being rude to customer doesn’t serve the purpose of postal service. Not first time, every time I ask a question she respond rudely as if she is doing me a favor. I could do zero stars if I could. I have seen this happen to other customers.In past I had no issues with other employees in this location.

Really non co-operative and very rude staff. They lost my immigration document for which I was waiting for 5 months and I literally went to them for 4 continuous days to inquire. They told me to come at 11 am then at 2 pm and then at 4 pm. Every time I went there they would ask me to wait and come back at some other time. The supervisor just told that it was delivered but never showed me a proof. I ended up just adding this review and just ordering a replacement. I had a trip back to my home country which just because of them had to cancel because they never delivered it to my address.

I had an appointment for a passport, and since it was my first time I was a little hesitant as I compared it to the DMV lol. Thankfully, Remmit was there to assist me and assure me that I was taken care of. She is incredibly friendly and I’m so thankful for her!!! Thank you so much Remmit for your help today!

They canceled their walk-in hour to apply US passport by themselves.If you ask them why ‘the USPS OFFICIAL WEBSITE says the walking hour is Thursday 9:00-12:00?’ The staff will tell you ‘if you have issues, ask my supervisor’

Hands down the worst postal service location, which is a pretty amazing feat to accomplish. Always one singular slow rude employee behind the counter with a line out the door. Think you're going to drop in here a quickly mail a letter or something during your lunch break? good luck. Expect 20-30 minutes to get to the counter just for someone to be rude or obtuse with you for no reason.We've had to escalate to consumer affairs about issues with particular branch and packages that seem to 'vanish' when dropped off there, and the postmaster reviews to even call the internal consumer affairs agents back.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The Indian women behind the counter is very rude and impatient. Plus she's not professional, she doesn't know what she's doing. When she saw I don't have label on my package, she assumed I forgot to print one and without having me explain, she directly called next customer in line. but actually she just need to scan the code then print the label herself.She's also impatient when I try to explain. Worst return experience in my life. management team need to do something. Either retrain your employee or don't let people like her facing customer directly. Would give a zero star if there's one

Avoid if possible! The employee who helped me (Samson) just didn’t really seem to care that I had been given mailing instructions for what I was intending to mail. Firstly, I understand that there are laws for ground shipping vs air. But in the instructions I had been given, a medium priority flat rate box would’ve been covered by my company. He did not allow me to do so, which forced me to BUY a different box instead. That’s aggravating as hell for no reason. Went ahead and charged me for the tape too, as if there’s any other way to put a box together. Go with a different location

Come here, if you enjoy being verbally abused by the workers. Cheers!To be fair, I never had any issues with mailing packages from here, so service wise, they are doing their best. But customer service wise, it's traumatizing. But as long as they're doing their job, I guess?

I wish I could give this place minus 10 stars because their customer service in non existent. I had inquired about a package accidently dropped off here. All the clerk would say was they forwarded it to the main office on Lundy. She could not give me an estimate on how long it would be held, how long it would take to be returned to me, who I could contact at the Lundy office for assistance. She pretty much said it wasn't at their station and wanted me to leave.If postal employees can't answer questions regarding their services, they are useless. I am not surprised this station has such low reviews. Their employees are the worst.

I had bad experience with the lady who takes on mails before. Rude & disrespectful. The last time I had mail to send I went to the Franklin mall and they were far better.
