“My wife and I stopped by this Wells Fargo Bank on New Year Eve. My wife needed cash and is a Well Fargo member so it just worked out for us since we were in the plaza where this bank is at. She didn't want to go inside the bank because there is usually only just 1 teller working and there always a line so she decided to use the outside ATM. There 2 outdoor ATM here but 1 didn't have cash so everyone had to just use the other ATM. She didn't have any issues getting cash and it was a quick withdrawal.”

“Hello, I really appreciated the Service I got from Antonio covarrubias. He was very patient and warm. I had a problem with a banker at another bank. Basically, they didn't want to help me but Antonio assisted me with all the help I needed. Plus, he was giving me a caring conversation. Leaving me at peace. Although, it was a while back when he helped me, I had to save his information to give a good review about him because when a person is busy they really need the help they ask for at that moment. Period. You know? It's hard to find that but Antonio made it possible. Hope he finds this, lol!”

“I know I know Citibank is trash but for some reason this branch is always so helpful. The wait time is kind of long But the customer service for this kind of establishment is great they're always trying to help you with solutions or even suggest things they can do to make their service better. Lisa the teller was very helpful was really trying to look out for me very nice person And one of the head bankers I think her name was Melanie was very hopeful as well.”

“Hello to all that have or are with Bank of American still. We all know there are several that are closed. Or certain locations that are not available for a lot of transactions. I had to reach out and give a very important message. We need to give companies business owners etc. second chances third chances. We all have been through a lot. But I had entered this branch several times. But this time. At this Bank of America I was with an appointment yesterday. There was one gentleman welcomed me was very nice. I explained I was waiting for my appointment. I also saw while I was waiting he immediately asked anyone that walked through the door what they were here for and if they needed any help. He really aimed to please. I was then met with Adriana Ramos relationship manager. She helped me with my transaction. She was very thorough very nice. She went over and beyond. I am just grateful that I feel even in these tough times still. Too much violence and it's very hurtful to see our world like this. But for all the people out there that are trying so hard. Thank you. And to this branch I hope to see you get better reviews. You guys are all doing a fantastic job.And thank you for welcoming my service dog.”

“Not a fan of most banks or even most Wells Fargo banks but this one the staff always seem friendly and lines aren't too bad. Went to open up a business account there as I bank there for my personal account. At first I was annoyed that they go by appointments for business accounts but ended up having Dilmoan help me out as they weren't too busy. She was very friendly and professional, gave me some good tips and wrapped me up pretty fast. It's hard finding good people these days and it's good to recognize good service.”
“Everytime I arrive, there's only one teller, and 2 employees sitting at desk. Why only one employee to assist people in line. Absurd. Get with it US Bank. Understandable I suppose due to short staffed everywhere. Finally was helped and teller was GREAT!”
