Horrible customer service. They never have the needed personal to do anything. They take fotever to do nothing. I tried opening a business account and they were unable. I had to do it at a different branch. I then tried sending a wire and after waiting one hour, they failed again. They don't even rank half star.

The service was unsatisfactory. I requested to exchange twenty-dollar bills for five-dollar bills at the bank; however, my request was denied. I was informed that an account was necessary to perform such transactions, which seems unnecessary considering the amount involved.
