“My wife and I stopped by this Wells Fargo Bank on New Year Eve. My wife needed cash and is a Well Fargo member so it just worked out for us since we were in the plaza where this bank is at. She didn't want to go inside the bank because there is usually only just 1 teller working and there always a line so she decided to use the outside ATM. There 2 outdoor ATM here but 1 didn't have cash so everyone had to just use the other ATM. She didn't have any issues getting cash and it was a quick withdrawal.”
“My go to person is Chris La Rose...he has the best manners and class. Friendly and polite. No matter what mood I am in, he seems to put me in a brighter light when I walk out. He helped me open an account with a trainee several months ago, and today I closed one of my accounts without any pressure for me to keep it open. Stress free business. No pressure sales. I hope this young man makes it to upper corporate management (but maybe no, because we need more people like him to manage the customer service arena). I hope he gets recognized.”

“I love banking with California Bank of Commerce (formerly Bank of Santa Clarita). From top to bottom, the staff is amazing. I originally started banking with them because they funded my business loan, and after that experience I decided to move my personal accounts over as well.
My only regret is that I didn’t start banking here sooner. I truly appreciate the local, community-bank feel. Every time I walk in, the tellers greet me by name, and whenever I have a request they take care of it right away.

“Hello, I really appreciated the Service I got from Antonio covarrubias. He was very patient and warm. I had a problem with a banker at another bank. Basically, they didn't want to help me but Antonio assisted me with all the help I needed. Plus, he was giving me a caring conversation. Leaving me at peace. Although, it was a while back when he helped me, I had to save his information to give a good review about him because when a person is busy they really need the help they ask for at that moment.
