William is the worst manager I have ever met in my life. Completely unaccommodating, rude, and had absolutely no customer service skills. The least he can do is learn how to speak with people. He also didn't know what he was talking about and changed what he was saying every minute. Never coming back here again * edit in response to Lisa's below comment: if they give you a hard time in the store, simply call corporate. I called and they said that the store managers were incorrect and they sent me a label and took the games back no problem. Also, Matthew's exact words when I asked him why I can't exchange the games: "I'm not going to do that for you because I'm not going to take a hit from corporate for you." He and his staff were also audibly laughing at me with customers as I walked away. So thanks Lisa for your powerful response to my post- I suggest getting your employees in check. It wasn't the policy that was wrong, it's the way Matthew spoke with me and made fun of me with his other staff with other customers in ear shot.

NEVER buying from or ordering delivery from this place again. I (am pregnant and) spent hours throwing away $100s worth of food and cleaning out the fridge and freezer to make room for the new one..only for it to arrive damaged and unable to work. They now can't deliver a new one until next week, forcing me to buy groceries that i once again will need to throw out. This place and service is a joke-go elsewhere

Peter from the Geek Squad did an excellent job with my iPhone issue. He was very meticulous, computer-savy with BB's system and great on the attention to detail. He was able to resolve our technical issue, which the previous customer service rep and manager were not able to. Great job Peter!

Went to return an item today not realizing I missed the date of return by a week. No one helpful at the store to make an exception as I didn't know I had 14 days to return an item. Usually it's 30 to 60 days. I left and called Best Buy customer service they were no help. I called the store to speak to store manager and all calls go to call center and manager will call me back in 8 hours. That is ridiculous to have to wait when u call the store.

Service is horrible, they had a Line of people and only one check out while at least 5 employees stood around. When I asked what was going on they shrugged there shoulders. I'll drive somewhere else before I come here again!

I was looking for a new laptop when I came across a clearance item for an asus. This was the last laptop in stock and I thought I had found a good deal 800$ off a gaming laptop for an asus originally 1,149$. First some key caps were missing so no one wanted the laptop. On top of waiting almost 30 minutes just to tell a service representative I wanted the laptop, I waited another 10-15 minutes so that they could register the laptop into the system because it was a demo?! Then, I was told in the end that they couldn’t sell me the laptop for some stupid reason about it needing to go into service and couldn’t be registered into the system?!, although it was a clearance and was used as a demo. Why was it even on sale in front? Felt like I got screwed over heavily because they realized it was too good of a deal, even though the keyboard was broken. Best Buy management needs to do a better job with customer service
