“Very easy and convenient! I woke up at 2 am with ear pain and was able to book an appointment online for 8 am. I didn’t think I could use my insurance (Kaiser) but they work with them which is also great. Facility is very clean and staff were all very nice and answered my questions thoroughly. I was in and out in about 2 hours which isn’t bad in my opinion. Would recommend and would definitely come back.”
