“I could find no internet information how to remove the armrests from my medical breakthrough 7 massage chair, and the manual’s installation directions were sketchy to put it kindly. After two hours, however I gave up and called customer support expecting the endless checklists and delays that have become typical of customer support departments. NOT SO WITH MEDICAL Breakthrough. I got a real person (no AI) who instantly understood what I wanted to do. No checklists! Instead I got assistance from a technician in the form of a wonderful clear, detailed, step by step video. “The Ultimate in Customization and Customer Service! My wife and I were looking to get our Pottery Barn Sofa recovered. We were thrilled to discover Faviola and Sofa Interiors. This was exactly the store we were looking for. Our old sofa was in bad shape with cats using it a scratching post and the covering was stained and no longer able to get clean. We were amazed at the vast selection on fabrics. Faviola had great suggestions for fabric options that would stand up to cats and teenagers. Surprisingly, she suggested outdoor fabric that we would never have considered but then we felt it and loved the durability and it was surprisingly softer than anticipated.

They coordinated a truck to pick up the couch and would assess the interior cushions and let us know. We thought that the cushions were fine but then we were told that they were not in great shape, they gave us the option to keep them or to change them. We visited the store and sat in almost every couch and realized how terrible our current cushions were and how amazingly supportive new and firm cushions could be so we opted for extra firm knowing that over time they soften.

We ordered the couch in November with the hope we would get it by Christmas but we weren’t sure since it was a big job and also needed new cushions. Sure enough, Scott did not let us down and it was delivered before family arrived right before Christmas! Even though he delivered it in the evening and could have rushed out, but he took the time to perfectly place and push in each cushion and explained rotating cushions and cleaning stains to maintain the couch so it looks and feels great for a long time. Our new couch was definitely the best Christmas gift for the entire family. We were so pleased with the experience that we are assessing other furniture that we need to replace or repair so we can do this all again!”

“I was searching for a place that could refurbish a family crucifix that belonged to my grandma.I came across the Vintage Boutique through my searches, emailed if they refurbish and they said yes. I walked into the place and it was like walking into glamor and Aww.
