“I could find no internet information how to remove the armrests from my medical breakthrough 7 massage chair, and the manual’s installation directions were sketchy to put it kindly. After two hours, however I gave up and called customer support expecting the endless checklists and delays that have become typical of customer support departments. NOT SO WITH MEDICAL Breakthrough.
