German HiTech is an independent automotive repair shop specializing in German makes including BMW, Mercedes Benz, Mini Cooper, VW, Audi, and Porsche. The family owned and run business is located on Valencia Bl. right across from the Mercedes Benz dealership in Valencia and has been serving the area for over 20 years. Customers felt the service is fantastic, great, honest and skillful. Everyone are polite, considerate of your time and go the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly. They help get a rental car while the car is in the shop, compare a quote from the dealership, order original parts on a computer in the office and provide a fair price with a warranty. Parts got the next day and the car is ready in a few hours. The mascots are two sweet dogs and the business is praised as a family business that will not disappoint. Highly recommend.

These guys were fantastic. Got me in same day i called, helped me get a rental car for while my car was in the shop, and just all around great service and interaction. This is the place to take your vehicle for sure.

These guys always do a great job! They’re honest and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly. Everyone that works there is polite and considerate of your time.
