Shoutout to Mike H. in the Millworks department at Lowe's! I was working on a backyard project for a dinner by the lake with friends, and Mike went above and beyond. He was incredibly patient, graciously cut the wood I needed, and took the time to make sure everything was just right.

“I normally go to a Lowe's close to my house but the item I needed was out of stock there, so I had to go to this one if I wanted it today. I ordered online and got a notification that my order was ready about two hours later. The email indicated it was in a locker and provided a barcode to scan when I got there. I decided to get a couple things for closets while I was there and the woman near the entrance went out of her way to be extra helpful. The self service checkout had an open register and after I completed my purchase the woman there thanked me very much for coming in. I then went to where I thought the lockers were to pick up my online purchase. I scanned my barcode and got the message to scan at the lockers. Clearly I was in the wrong place. Again the closest associate was very helpful and pointed me toward the lockers, which I promptly walked right past because they were literally 5 feet away. The associate was quick to call me back and walk me to the correct scanning machine. The ONLY reason I did not give this 5 stars was due to the price on one of my 3 items purchased.”

“Popped in here with my wife for a couple of things yesterday. Needed an attachment for garden hose which we couldn’t find, so asked for help. Unfortunately, the young gentleman we asked was on his first day at the store but he immediately got someone else to help. We showed a picture of what we needed to the lady that came to help and she knew instantly what it was called and where to locate it!!
I’m sorry I cannot remember her name but if Home Depot reads these, she would be a loss to the company if she left.
