“Always a pleasant trip here , fast and easy . Plenty of options , parking isn't too bad. There Location is on of my favorites because it's not a busy street it's on a corner tucked away . They have a small little corner of wood they have 70% off , super helpful and nice to just pass by it see if you find something you need. Cashier on your way out through the lumber section is really nice . Red plastic and ties on you're way out are Great !”

“Well I went looking for a Christmas tree and man did they all smell really fresh! My daughter , husband & I went to the 10' Douglas Furs to find one. An Associate by the name of Chad came over and asked if we wanted to see a tree. We chose one and then another and yet another tree. This Associate was so patient. The trees were tall and heavy . He had to take off all the twine and stand them up and shake them to get the fullness of them to open up. I kept apologizing to him because we had a hard time making up our minds. We finally chose one and he took it over to have the bottom branches trimed. He then went on his dinner break. I wanted to give him a big tip but he was no where to be found. Chad was so sweet and knew an awful lot about trees. The guys packing up the tree and putting it on our car were super nice and did the job quickly and made sure no sap got on our car. I tried to give them a tip but they refused. They said it was their job and they enjoyed working for Home Depot. There used to be a Seat with Santa Clays and you can have your picture taken there. It's pretty wonderful.Home Depot is very clean and well organized. Love this store!”

“Peter from the Geek Squad did an excellent job with my iPhone issue. He was very meticulous, computer-savy with BB's system and great on the attention to detail. He was able to resolve our technical issue, which the previous customer service rep and manager were not able to. Great job Peter!”

Victoria helped us to find whatever we need, and gave us a lot of smart advice about plants. She is professional and she knows her job very well. The other employee who was working in light section (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) was also very patient, acknowledging and nice as Victoria. By the way the other employee (man was 50-55 year old) helped us to carry our packages. All employee were Awesome today ! Definitely will come back again.”

“I popped in because I was very much in need of random items for a DIY project at home. I noticed at this location there seems to be a lot of kind, helpful employees who look very happy, and by the experience I had they all seemed not to mind going out of their way to help. These employees patiently listened to me explain my project brought me to the very aisle & pointed out exactly what it was that I needed. These employees helped calculate precise measurements as well as offer advice or suggestions as to solutions to go about my project effectively! The best part is the employees come together and like magic they all chimed in pitching ideas and just to see the team work in the different departments I had visited today! Amazing! I highly recommend visiting this location. I was so taken back by all the incredible help I received... I asked them all for their names:Chris, Walter, Vince, Brando, Terrell, Tina,Bob G, Lisa, Travis and the wonderful kind lady not sure of her name ( burgundy hair) who was working the self checkout assisting me with my items.. All the employees are hardworking and all have such beautiful kind hearts! Please take this time to recognize greatness you have with these magnificent people who absolutely represent HOME DEPOT in such a positive light!”

“My folks of 90+ years young gas furnace started to act up . pulled out the gas igniter and headed to Johnstone supply . Walked in holding the connector and asked the young man to guess the part number . This started a search of all available igniters once jarred saw the part number. 15 minutes later and 5 different models a direct fit replacement was found . working and bantering with Jarred was such a pleasure. This experience reminded me of years past of great customer service we don't see often enough any more . I just have to say Thank you jarred and the Valencia store !”
