Customer service is horrible. I wouldn't want to return or recommend it. I walked in, the person drawing blood/checking people in sounds and looked miserable at work. She seems to either dislike her job or not a people person. I was referred by my specialist office but will not want to return here.

There’s a moron that works there who is unhappy of what she does whom i think is ready to quit her tired and boring job, she jumps to conclusions that you don’t have a copy of your confirmation code while in fact your just finding it on your phone, raised her voice on me when i just wanted her to repeat what she says because she was eating up her words when she speaks. Please let her quit her job she needs to retire or do something else.

This place is grubby, old, and unkempt. People working here were not helpful.- email notification confirming my appointment was hyperlinked to the wrong address - once I arrived, they couldn't find my order. You'd think this would be part of the pre-work & due diligence they'd do in a modern, digital world. - once she found my order, I asked the person at the front desk what my doctor had ordered -- I was curious if we were doing both blood & urine or just blood --and she said "I don't know." Like...the details were literally on the sheet in her hands. I had to pee so bad, so if we weren't doing urine, I was gonna go to the bathroom.- another woman jabbed me. My arm is now bruised If there's another blood/urine collection lab that Yelpers like, please DM me.

I've spend 10 hours trying to get a correct bill. If you have any other option for labs use it. You cannot get a person in the phone, their website submission form was broken at one point and when I did talk to a person they refused to connect me with a manger and hung up. Quest is way better. They should call it Lab Crap.

It was my first time here, I went online and the hours said they closed at 12 noon, do I rushed over as it is my only day available to do my drug screening foe my new job. The older lady at the front was very rude. I mentioned her what I read and she tells me I can go to Mission Hills, which is completely out of the way and traffic is a nightmare. She told me to come back between 1-3 but that there is no availability. The form I received from the place that sent me here, said no appointment was needed. I mentioned that to her and that it does not show on the website and she laughed at me. She sarcastically says, that is not the website, that is google. This is my first time walking in here and people should take that into consideration and maybe act more professional and not be so rude.

Horrible, I had an appointment at 2:15pm. Got there at 2pm checked in online and when I received the text to go in, the front door was locked. I called the office multiple times no answer. Lights were on but no one there.

Excellent staff. They had an issue printing my drug test forms but they worked very hard to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process

Fast service. Beware of DOUBLE-CHARGE for the same service. I had an annual physical exam here every year. Due do pandemic this year, they did a good job in social distancing & online appointments only. I didn't wait too long at my appointment at all. They made me use credit card to charge in case my insurance does not pay. About 3 weeks later, I found out they charged me from LabCorp Newhall which is fine. The next day they charged the SAME fee for the SAME service from LabCorp headquarter. I called to protest. They promised to get back within 48 hrs after I submitted all proofs which I did. On the eve of the 3rd day, NOTHING happened. I had no choice to file dispute charge with my credit card co. LabCorp REFUSED to give me credit saying they needed more time. NO WAY I will return to this location or ANY LabCorp unless I have to per my employer's orders. BAD business practice. $205 is a large amount to cheat. I will get my money back but WHY suffered the inconvenience due to their incompetence & FRAUDULENT practice?

The best person to get blood draws is at the Lyons facility. His name is Alex. He does that needle stuff without inflicting pain! I'm very difficult to find nice thick arteries on. The office is very efficient. They have never been late with reports. You're in, you're out.
