“Jason Haller the manager of this Bouquet Canyon Store in Valencia and is a miracle worker! After getting the round around for weeks with ATT online and their Santa Barbara store, I visited the ATT store on Bouquet Canyon Rd. in Valencia out of desperation.
Jason listened to my long terrible experience with AT&T and asked great questions. He then went round and round with the main AT&T office on his computer and phone trying to resolve my issues. Turns out Jason knows more that their main office representative.
Same company, same computer system, same files & different information. I never stood a chance .... till Jason got involved. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM ONLY BECAUSE OF HIS INCREDIBLE KNOWLEDGE OF CELL PHONES AND THE AT&T SYSTEM. Had I met him long ago I would not have decided to remove my 4 cell phones from the AT&T system. (I also cancelled my 5 AT&T landlines earlier in the month.) I am very grateful to him and I hope that AT&T realizes how lucky they are that he is the Bouquet Canyon Road AT&T store manager.”

“The girl that helped me was fantastic! I can’t remember her name but she greeted me immediately. Very pleasant, asked me good questions as I was seeking info to upgrade my phone. She had the answers or found the answer to questions I had. The only issue is I had to have to wait for the specific iPhone model I want. Today is the following day and it seems it should be delivered to the store tomorrow. This isn’t the girls fault they just have limited options in the store. Probably because of frequent store break-ins. It did solve the wait forever in the store from past experiences. Overall it’s been a very good experience. The girl that helped made the difference for me.”
