No one is available at the desk to take questions, its literally just a room you walk into, and wait indefinitely while your forced to listen to pharmaceutical ads on repeat. The sign on the door says walkins welcome but they sure gonout of their way to make you feel unwelcome and the website makes it bext to impossible to make an appointment… terrible… getting my dr to send me to lab corp next time.

Scheduling appointments and checking in is super easy and fast. Their location down by the mall is convenient with plenty of parking. The staff and lab techs are the real super stars though. They are kind and patient, but also efficient and highly skilled. They always stick me on the first try and no fishing around in my arm with a needle.

I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics! The lady who took my blood was so friendly and helpful. She was very gentle, explained the process, and worked quickly. Great customer service!!

If you don't have an appt ...walk-in wait time is forever pointless cuz you might wait 4-5hrs only to be turned away. There has to be another provider that can process quest lab vouchers.

My daughter is 8 and was completely traumatized by the experience at this place. This was her first time an it was memorable in the worst way. We had an appointment- arrived early and had to wait an additional 35 minutes after our scheduled time. The nurse was not warm and fuzzy - notified us she need to draw 9!!! Containers. Said it out loud for my daughter to know. And from that point on as a series of demands on how to hold her hand and repeated says like “I will draw again”. Her blood flow stop and she got annoyed that she needs to repeat the process, telling my daughter breath please - blood is not coming ou , I won’t be able to finish. She end up beefing poked twice for 6 containers - and instructed to return for the other 3. When we came back we had to do another 6!! Because she didn’t send the sample. When we returned -room 3 nurse (haitra) was amazing and made sure my daughter was relaxed and skiing about her friends - and such a positive experience.

I checked in at 10 am for my 10:10 am appointment. I clicked the button to wait outside and have the system text me when it was my turn. 40 minutes later I went back inside and was told that they were behind and short staffed. Then someone comes out and calls my name and says “second time” and that my name had been called already. I told them that I had clicked that it should text me and it did not text me. I was made to feel like I did something wrong when in fact I did not.

Fast friendly and professional service, Sharon was awesome very informative and patient with me as I was looking for my paperwork, she was extremely careful and didn’t feel the poke at all, Sharon and quest gets 10 stars from me. Thank you for making this experience quick and painless

Can't speak to the walk-in experience, but if you've got an appointment and arrive within the recommended time window, it's a very fast and easy process. Hertie is an absolute gem!
The only real negative was it can be hard to hear what the lab techs are saying when they open the door and talk through their masks as it's a very loud squeaky door. Definitely resulted in some miscommunication and frustration with some of the other patients. Besides that though, it's an above average Quest and Hertie is a top notch phlebotomist.
