The flabotomist was great!! He was friendly, professional, and I did not even feel the needle go in my arm! My complaint stems from the lack of air conditioning in the facility. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable. Patients and especially employees should not be subjected to the stiffling environment.

This was my 3rd lab visit in so many days, but first one to Quest. All the technicians that I dealt with were more concerned with keeping the line moving or the hours of their establishment.
