I scheduled my visit before hand by calling in the quest call center and they sent me link to sign in which made things so easy. Waited maybe 2min before I was called in. So fast. Everyone there before me was gone by the time I left. The phlebotomist (Vivian) was so sweet and gentle. I never felt the needed. My 10 year old went in after me and he said it was a painless experience also.

Waited 3 hours to be seen. Appointment visits were late but seen regardless even though sign said walkins will get priority to fill spots. I was dehydrated and hungry. I told doc at hospital of my experience and he was shocked how they treated walk-ins. Worst experience I ever had. I think the positive comments are fake. No one was happy at the clinic. The staff is rude. Choose another clinic.

I took my mom this morning to get lab work done that was requested by her PCP for upcoming procedure and she checked in and was waiting almost an hour and a half just for nothing. 2 ladies asked my mom for her name and started looking in the list. All of sudden, they said your name is not here. My mom told them “I do have paperwork in my email and a text message confirmation code with appointment details, the 2 ladies said you need to check in again and make a new appointment and we can’t attend you. Horrible customer service. Rude employees and poorly run overall. Why work in the medical field if you are going to be rude to patients.

I made an appointment a couple days before, checked in with the computer kiosk, and was taken in thirty minutes after my appointment time but I didn’t mind, I had a book and the waiting room was air conditioned. Haydee took my blood and she was very kind and friendly, I can tell she’s been doing this for a while because I didn’t feel the needle at all. ? thanks

I went there , a guy asked my name and started looking in the list . All of sudden, he said your name is not here. I said , I do have paperwork in my email and let me open my email, he said go out of the room and get it because I need to check another person, his behavior was rude. I came out and then he attended another person and spent lot of time and then call me . Once I showed my paper work , he spent lot of time to find the type of test he needed to done . Just the waist of time . Why you guys are keeping up such behavior and letting him work .

I have an appointment at 10:20 but we checked in 2 hours early. The front desk said go ahead and check in anyway we are prioritizing those who have an appointment. All of the sudden they keep calling the walk ins. I asked the tech, why its like that? The tech answered me in rude way. She said your time is at 10:20 so you gonna be in the waitlist and we have to call the walk ins which comes first before you. Why they did not make it clear that we have to be in waitlist, even though we have an appointment.

This is the WORST quest diagnostic I have ever been to. I've gone to the valley & Bakersfield, never waited with no appointments. The lady working was extremely rude. If you want to wait a whole bunch this is the place to come.

Just a horrible experience. I was just dropping off a stool specimen that couldn't be out of the freezer for more than an hour and I ended up waiting over an hour for them to just turn me away because they were closing. Normally I would cause a seen but there were some nice people there doing it for me. The staff tried to convince me that it was my fault for not making an appointment.....to drop off a specimen. Seriously? The specimens have a very short shelf life. Literally no way you can make an appointment in that timeframe. I had to throw the sample away.

Horrible customer service. Had to wait 2 hours without an appointment and NO ONE inside waiting. Employees chatting with each other did not seam too busy. Had to ask if I was going to be seen and lady got even rudder and annoyed. My results did not get delivered on time to my doctor and now left without medication for the week.

Poor Service. I needed to drop off a stool sample and did not have an appointment. I entered into the office at 8:10 am on a Friday and saw that there were already about 20 people in the waiting room. There was no one at the reception desk to ask about sample drop offs. I finally was able to flag down a phlebotomist and told him I had a sample drop off and he told me I needed to enter my info on the standby queue. I joined the long line to enter my information in the computer queue and was informed by the computer system that all appointments were taken for the day but I would be put on a standby list. I was placed on a standby presumably to wait for an opening. I sat and waited over an hour, and realized that I was not going to be able to give anyone my stool sample because people with appointments throughout the day were going to keep coming in and I would never have an opening for " an appointment." Appointments over walk ins makes sense if a sample needs to be retrieved, however with a sample in hand, this process is asinine. I sat in the waiting room, with frozen stool that I assume needs to stay frozen for testing purposes and was most likely was thawing out. Eventually I left Quest diagnostics and handed the samples off to my husband who had to meet me there, so that he could take the samples to another location. I had to report to work and was already over an hour late. The fact that a sample can not be quickly handed off to a person is ridiculous, it is unreasonable to wait and wait all day for an opening to hand off a sample to someone. If I had been a person of lesser scruples, I may have just left the items on the unattended desk and walked off. I will no longer be using Quest Diagnostics for my diagnostic needs. There are plenty of other companies offering this same type of service. This location used to be great, but something has fallen through the cracks in the last couple of years, and it is not my job as a client to figure out what the problem is or the solution.

This place is beyond great. The main phlebotomist was so amazing and quick. I would certainly suggest an appointment. I did watch quite a few people get frustrated with the staff they were waiting on standby for a cancellation. The staff did the best job they could. There were just so many people. SO DEFINITELY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. My visit was only 20 minutes.

No customer service. Sign says walk ins welcome but are completely ignored, there is no one at front desk so people have no idea what to do specially if you are an older person. You can be here all day and you won’t be attended. My friend waited almost two hrs and told her she had to leave because walk ins will not be seen and they will be closing in 30min. Really sad to know this is the service you get in a Santa Clarita office.

Took our two year old to get his blood drawn by Abel and he was great. Always reassured him and made it a tear free process overall. Was in and out in no time with a pre-booked appointment and felt well taken care of.
