“After reading all the reviews last week, I was extremely concerned about my upcoming Costco tire replacement appointment.
My appointment was at 10am today. I heard the person at the counter tell the customer before me that his car would be ready in 2-3 hours and so I prepared for a wait.
My car was taken into the garage about 10am and the job was completed at 10:45.
All of the employees were very couteous. They protected the seat and steering wheel with plastic. As far as I am concerned it was an extremely pleasant experience. The same goes for a Costco Tire Center I went to on Long Island, where I recently had tires replaced on another vehicle. Not sure why there are negative reviews.”

“Honest tire shop. Would recommend 100%
I came in with a tire that was slowly losing air. I was hoping it was a nail in the treads so they can patch it. Unfortunately, it was a cracked wheel. They could have easily just charged me for the wheel and tire which would have definitely been over $1000. Instead, they suggested I call BMW to ask if I have wheel and tire protection. I did and BMW replaced it for free. They won a customer for life. I’ll always bring my car here no matter what.”
