“Excellent service! I brought my 2023 VW ID.4 in because of a clicking noise coming from the door hinge. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue, tightened the hinge properly with the right tool, and even checked and tightened the other hinges to make sure everything was in good shape. Cool dudes and they'll even talk to you about your weekend if you're chill. Dudes got his own project in the back, 60's Mercedes, so you know they've got the knowledge to take care of your older vehicles if there's something wrong that you can't figure out yourself.”

“Amazing work hands down. I’ve trusted them with all my vehicles for years and have always been impressed. This was the first time I’d taken my car there for body work and paint and once again they didn’t disappoint. Car looked as good as new and paint matched perfectly and it’s a 2009 so I’m sure it wasn’t easy to match. I recommend AAC for anything and everything you may need done.

“So easily the most honest people I have met in SCV! I just called to schedule a service. The lady on the phone (I apologize I didn't ask her name), started going through the regular questions. Then out of the blue was like, this is way too early to be replacing this part. Did your dash notify you to do this? Is the part faulty. I said no the dealership told me to do it. She asked a few more questions and said they're happy to test it for me but the car at this age and model is designed to notify you. She could've just been like, come in! That'll be $800! But she didn't, she was super honest and even taught me something new about a car I had for two years already! HIGHLY Reccommend!”

“100% 5 star review---Ron is a super nice guy. After calling around to Ammco, Firestone and other family owned auto repair shops (transmission) I ended up calling him and immediately felt honesty. I was there within the hour and walked right in and felt 100% good energy. We took my car for a drive and did a diagnostic scan and the energy was good and he knew what he was doing. I was ready to pay him for whatever he suggested. He did not take advantage of me. The $135 diagnostic was all I needed to feel better about my next decisions. I'll forever refer The Transmission Man and Ron.”

I received a used car from my family, and was told there might be some brake problems but that it’s probably fine. We came an hour before closing, and they said they were just going to do a diagnostic, but when inspecting they realized the brake pads were completely gone! One of the brakes was metal to metal!
Brake Masters ended up taking really good care of me. Even though they were close to closing, they had four people on the car so I could get back home safe.
They could have turned me away and told me to come back tomorrow, but they went above and beyond and earned a lifetime customer. I highly recommend them!!”
