The staff here is always very helpful. I tried using the app to pick up a truck but at every step it would say unable to upload image or it would not be able to scan the barcode. The staff stepped in and took over the reservation and had me on my way in about 5 minutes!

They are so nice, the person who helped me made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He definitely inconvenienced himself for my needs. I loved the good price for a truck rental but the service made my experience even better!!! :)

The mobile pick up link was not working. The gentleman at the store processed the truck for me manually. Fast and friendly service!
