“I used Golden State Storage for several years. I chose Golden Gate Storage for their responsable prices. During my time renting a storage unit I had zero issues with my service. I made automatic payments so I didn't have to speak with staff often but the few times I did they were always kind and polite. The storage facility was kept clean and I had no security issues. I would have preferred the access hours to be later but that is my only gripe.”

“This is an amendment to my first review. After speaking to the manager Shaina she corrected the situation and also showed me why there were problems so I now happy. I feel they handled this fairly. And like I said I have nothing against the storage facility because its a good place to store stuff. “Rent a storage today at StorQuest Self Storage in Santa Clarita CA 91381, stop by yesterday to take a look at the place, little hesitant to go there because of a couple of negative reviews on yelp, but went there because of the location and its a new building only few months old, to my surprise I had a great vibe as soon as I walked in to the building, Vicky greeted me, what a great facility everything seem new, even the bathroom with sign noted if not satisfied cleaness of the bathroom, notify the management, wow never seen that before, details. Edwin showed me the the storage this morning, it's so clean, it reminded me the reason I moved to Valencia, CA., 20 years ago, Vicky and Edwin great people, very professional, I am very satisfied with the experience, happy that I did stop by to take a look, great deal for the storage is a bonus, thank you Vicky and Edwin, StorQuest, you made my day! “Owners weren’t really nice to me. Actually they were a bit, dare I say, rude! I’m not a Karen or anything, but I like to be treated right. Anyways, the storage is pretty good here. Can’t complain there. The prices are also pretty darn fair if you ask me. Not too much and not too little to the point where you feel like you’re getting a cheap product. They’re storage units for gods sake. You take what you can get. Anyways, I’d recommend this place despite the way the owners are. Lol.”

“I have used this uhaul location several times. Even though it's clear across the wrong town, I will hands down drive 8 extra miles just to rent here. It's fast, easy, Jessica, Freddy, Michael, are all absolutely fantastic I can't thank mondo enough for the last minute help as I had a personal emergency with my child. Thank you Jessica for the referral! Any time I have needed anything, trucks, trailer, moving supplies, I just go here! I don't know why all the negative reviews, but as much as I have had to extend rentals on the same day bc of event that happens they are always there to accommodate me through every single hurdle I have to jump through. (seriously, my life is nuts sometimes) do yourself a favor and just get what you need handled here and then you'll save yourself the hassle anywhere else!”

“Staff is very helpful. I called one day asking about availability and the size of the unit I was looking for. They called me later on that same day to inform me that a tenant had just notified them about moving out today, and that it would be available in two weeks. I was esctatic! The unit was a foot smaller than the one I wanted, but everything we had actually fit in it! The grounds are kept clean and secure at all times, and I love that it's never "busy" here or you have to deal with too many other people in their units. It's down the street from us and I'm very happy for its location, the pricing and the staff. I recommend this place.”
