“This place is top tier when it comes to customer service. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by one of the staff working the front register. The selection is huge so I am sure you will find your specific pet needs. I also love that they sell prescribed dog food since my dog is diabetic he can only eat specific food. Not many locations carry prescribed food and also require a doctor's referral. The employees are very knowledgeable and are super friendly if you need any help. They do offer grooming services but I've never used them so I can't say to much about that. You're also allowed bring your pet inside to do your shopping. Overall the prices are competitive, yes you might pay a few extra bucks here but I honestly believe its worth it for the overall experience the employees provide. There is always enough parking so thats not an issue. It's also handicap accessible. Overall great experience highly recommend.”

“I had the most amazing vet when I lived in the Valley and was sad to move away from such good care. I was lucky enough to find Cinema Vet Center today and couldn't be happier with the experience we had there. They were able to offer a same day appointment and were very reasonable and thoughtful with the quotes and options they gave me to address the issues at hand. They were also very calm, gentle, and attentive when handling and interacting with Wolfie. They are definitely my regular vet from now on.”

“We adopted a dog from the Castaic Animal Shelter. I contacted Copperhill Animal Clinic to schedule an appointment for our new pup. In the packet of documents that we received from the shelter, there was a voucher for a free exam from a participating vet in network with the organization that sponsors the program. At the time I scheduled our appointment, I verified that the providers at this clinic were participating in the program. The person who helped me make the appointment politely explained that they collect a fee up front to hold the appointment and if I chose to purchase any services or product purchases beyond what is included in the free exam, the fee would offset the cost of those charges. If no additional services were rendered or products purchased, I would be refunded the fee. At the time of my appointment, the fee was $70. To me, this was fair and reasonable. From the get go, the communication was transparent. The day of our appointment, we saw Dr Watts. She entered the exam room and greeted us warmly. Our dog, a three year old poodle, was immediately calm and comfortable with her presence. She sat on the floor with our dog and as she spoke to us, she examined him in a manner that was gentle yet thorough. She shared information with us about canine health in general. She made sure that she answered all of the questions we had. She made recommendations based on her examination and our desire to address flea, tick and heartworm prevention, and oral health. Dr Watts explained all of our options. After Dr Watts completed her time with us, a lovely vet tech named Raven, brought a cost estimate sheet to us with all of the items and procedures we discussed with Dr Watts. She gave us time to privately make our choices. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything. We knew ahead of time that we would be spending money at the vet so we were prepared. We truly appreciate the time that Dr Watts took with us during the appointment. The support persons working at the front desk were kind and helpful. We chose to schedule our dog for a teeth cleaning. In preparation for this upcoming visit, we had labs done. Dr Vanessa called us a day or two later with the lab results. The call went very well. We have been very pleased with the excellent care that we and our dog have received from the care givers at this vet clinic.”

“Love this veterinarian office. We’ve been here multiple times for various reasons/pets. We’ve always seen Dr S and he’s knowledgeable and compassionate. We’ve had to put a pet down here and everyone wasp professional and overall great. Their prices are better than other local places and 100% they aren’t jam packed with patients all day.

There’s never been a time that I’ve called and couldn’t get in same day. It takes me almost a half hour to get here but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Dr. Cisneros did a consultation with me and my husband after we got rough news about a mass near our 7-year old GSD’s spleen. He went through all the reports and images from Vet ER and helped us interpret it all. Plus he gave very realistic options and how to get best possible outcome (just more time with our wonderful girl). Doc and team were so great. Really liked his communication style. “I have been going to The Cat Doctor and Friends for many many years. Dr. Linger is a fantastic vet and gave compassionate thoughtful and caring counsel for me and my elderly cats. She was there for me and texted me very quickly when I was in dire need of a response. She also was there for me when I had to make the very hard decision to say goodbye to my 17-year-old cat. Because of the The Cat Doctor my kitty got a few extra comfortable quality years with me. The front desk staff are all helpful and kind. They focus on cats alone which is also great, and always the quality of life of the kitty comes first with stellar veterinary expertise and advice. “I really like my Dr., but if I had a tail, I wouldn't be wagging it as I walk in! We have 3 dogs under Sweetwater care. Doctors and technicians are all so sweet and accomodating. I honestly believe they truly love every pet who walks though their door. Im sure it happens, but I've never seen my dogs or others' cats and dogs having anxiety. In contrast to other waiting rooms, theirs is spacious, clean, inviting and comfortable and all the pets relaxed. Even on their first visit, animals are perceptive and they sense the vibe, that they're walking into genuine love and care. Sweetwater helps alot of animals, large and small and they are very knowledgeable. Our dogs love them and they know where they are! They act like they're going to see a friend when we pull in the parking lot! They've had shots and exams, and always remember that there are treats and cuddles from "hi Grizzly" through "bye-bye Grizzly", (or "Angel" or "Bella"). I also truly appreciate the rapport we have, human to human. They welcome questions and dialogue. We never feel rushed no matter how busy they are. And with that said, they're well staffed and timely. We've never been kept waiting over 5 or 10 minutes, tops. I know they get emergencies, so it may happen someday, but we would understand. I don't know how they do it! To all at Sweetwater: Thank you for your kindness and for taking such good care of us humans and our fur babies. Love you guys! Dr. Caitlin Seeley did everything she could to answer our questions, check documents, and even ask the USDA specific things we had questions about. Seeley went above and beyond to help us get our friends cat reunited with his owner! Jacob was another staff member who was knowledgeable and awesome too!

Lauren treats me like family every time I come in, every time I call and always goes above and beyond. Dr Brink could not have been more compassionate as we put an end to little Buddy's suffering. Class people, quality work and incredible care. I have read a few negative reviews about what they charge. If you are looking for cheap, shoddy work, maybe this isn't the place for you. but if you want quality compassionate care AT A FAIR PRICE SCAH gets it done.”
