“Dr. Rupert and staff were fabulous and very kind. They took care of my dog in a very gentle fashion. This clinic has a good reputation, and it was easy to see why. I recommend this clinic.”

“Tags is the best and most affordable vet I know. The clinic is run by honest hardworking people who charge nominal fees for 5-star service. Dr. Nastro and his team truly care about the animals. They take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. My dog had an urgent issue and we couldn't afford to take him anywhere else. Dr. Nastro and his team recognized the urgency of the situation and accommodated us, even though this meant that him and his staff had to stay at work for 2 additional hours after the clinic closed to finish their work. I am very grateful that they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, the day before the holiday weekend. They are closed 12/23/23-1/1/24. It's also great to know that they take walk-in vaccinations for only $20 each.”

“Office visit price as well as prices for all other services are extremely fair and affordable! I have been taking all three of my dogs to Copperhill Animal Clinic for a year, I have no complaints. The staff and the doctors are all very caring and hands on.”

“My vet had recommended this place for finding some more of the specialized foods my little old man needs and I can see why. This place has such a large selection of specialty food for dogs, cats, and others I believe. I went in for some low fat tummy/pancreas friendly food for my dog and the salesperson immediately let me through the sections with all the different brands to choose from. It can get kinda pricey, but it's special food for my special guy and worth it. Such a relief to have this spot so close by!”

“This was a wonderful place to take my little dog to have her put to sleep. They were so kind and so good to me. They were reasonably priced and I’m so grateful for them. It was a very relaxed and comfortable situation, and I think my little baby girl just fell asleep and didn’t wake up again. Thank you so much.”

“Cinema is by far the best vet we've found in LA. Dr. Ronchetto and Dr. Wheelbarger are kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and listen when you express concerns or wishes for your pet. They understood that my dog had lived a long life and had been through a lot. They tried everything they could to keep our little pup healthy and comfortable without subjecting her to endless invasive tests or procedures, which was appreciated because we didn't think she could handle those things at this point in her life. Their staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. At the end, our dog was on a rotation of seven medications, and they were wonderful about making sure that she had enough. When it came time to say goodbye to our dog, Dr. Wheelbarger took the time to commiserate and listen to our concerns, as did Dr. Ronchetto, who, along with Alison (tech), provided a supportive and caring environment for Coop's last moments. I'm so grateful our friends recommended Cinema. Cinema brought kindness, understanding, and a sense of peace to a very difficult time.”

“Great place! Was able to neuter our cat the day we came for a pre surgery check up! Make u feel no shame over not being able to pay for certain things all at once”

“So I do love you guys. You are the friendliest and most efficient clinic I have been too but sadly, you are no longer as "affordable." The dental price was raised quite a bit and when I went to my regular vet in the Antelope Valley, they will do the dental on my next dog for 349 dollars and that includes an IV catheter and fluids. That's their regular price. They are competent and not some fly by night operation. Due to increasing gas prices and inflation, I'll have to get my dentals for my dogs done up here. However, for the Santa Clarita area, I am sure you are affordable compared to clinics in that area. One suggestion: Clients should be asked before 25 dollars is automatically charged for a nail trim. 25 dollars is a half a tank of gas for me. I do think your staff is fabulous and if I lived in the area I would continue going to your clinic.”

“Thank you Valencia Vet Center!! Fantastic and supportive staff and Dr's. Our 10 yr old Golden had an urgent issue and required after hours attention. Your curb side service is awesome and we were met outside upon arrival where our four legged son was immediately escorted in for care. Quick, professional and incredibly comforting. Many thanks again and you all are great!!!”

“I really like my Dr., but if I had a tail, I wouldn't be wagging it as I walk in! We have 3 dogs under Sweetwater care. Doctors and technicians are all so sweet and accomodating. I honestly believe they truly love every pet who walks though their door. Im sure it happens, but I've never seen my dogs or others' cats and dogs having anxiety. In contrast to other waiting rooms, theirs is spacious, clean, inviting and comfortable and all the pets relaxed. Even on their first visit, animals are perceptive and they sense the vibe, that they're walking into genuine love and care. Sweetwater helps alot of animals, large and small and they are very knowledgeable. Our dogs love them and they know where they are! They act like they're going to see a friend when we pull in the parking lot! They've had shots and exams, and always remember that there are treats and cuddles from "hi Grizzly" through "bye-bye Grizzly", (or "Angel" or "Bella"). I also truly appreciate the rapport we have, human to human. They welcome questions and dialogue. We never feel rushed no matter how busy they are. And with that said, they're well staffed and timely. We've never been kept waiting over 5 or 10 minutes, tops. I know they get emergencies, so it may happen someday, but we would understand. I don't know how they do it! To all at Sweetwater: Thank you for your kindness and for taking such good care of us humans and our fur babies. Love you guys! PS: get the app. They give tons of discount rewards!”

“My dog Muffin had a dislocated hip and I took her to Happy Pets, where Jackie assisted me in helping her get in right away and scheduling her surgery ASAP. They were able to surgically repair her hip and give her physical therapy with their underwater treadmill. Thanks to Laura and Sarah for working with her and getting her back to her energetic self. She no longer has to use her wheelchair!”

“Thank goodness for these people! Our dog had diarrhea and bloody vomit and we were so worried. Our regular vet could not see her( shameful that your vet for 20 yrs won't fit you in) . We called early in the morning and were able to be seen by 9:15 for an emergency appointment. Yes, it costs more, but, yes, it's with the peace of mind. They gave us all the options for treatment and were not pushing anything on us. Dr Brink was very thorough and reassuring. We wanted X-rays and. Blood work to be sure of any possible issues. Diagnosed with pancreatitis. The entire staff was kind and upbeat which is always nice when you are in state of worry. Couldn't have been more comforting. They called me to check up on her progress at home today, which is also a bonus. Much appreciated. The facility is clean and well organized. Very happy we found this place. It will be our new vet for our dogs.”

“We have been taking our aging dog to this Vetco for about 2 years, and specifically seeing Dr Chang. She's the best veterinary doctor we've met in a long time. She takes all the time necessary for us to understand our dog's care, and her love for her profession and for her patients shows. The staff here has always shown the same level of caring.”
