“We just moved to Simi from out of state a few weeks ago. We woke up one Sunday morning to my cat having an urgent butt problem ?. I was so worried that no place would be open but I was relieved to find this pet hospital was open and they got her in for treatment right away! I'm happy to say that 2 weeks later she is all healed and her cone has been removed. I wasn't planning to need to find her new vet so quickly but life happened and I'm glad we found this place for all our future kitty Doctor needs. Thank you for all your help and kindness. ?”

“Dr Meijia and the medical assistant who brought us in were both very kind, professional and knew exactly how to treat our puppy! We’ve gone to other vets where they wouldn’t even lay hands on him and would just be on the computer the whole time. Dr Mejia was very hands on with Ozzy and listened to our every concern. She made sure she understood everything clearly, asking all kinds of follow up questions. Ozzy is very anxious in new settings but Dr Mejia and her assistant both did a great job at making Ozzy feel safe and comfortable. Thank you guys for seeing us a Saturday afternoon, even with how busy it was, they made us feel welcomed and made Ozzy feel better. Thank you!”
“I cannot say enough good things about this vet and office! Our sweet girl needed to cross the rainbow bridge and our current vet was not available for some days. I had heard great thing about this office so I thought I’d give them a try. For start to finish every person we came into contact with was the best. The vet even sat on the floor with me and my pup and rubbed her head before everything took place. It’s been a week since we put our pup down and we just received the sweetest card signed by everyone in the office. Thank you SAH for making such a terrible day a tad bit easier. I will

“Dr. Long is wonderful! She truly cares about your fur baby and is extremely knowledgeable. My dog recently had her spay surgery and everything went perfectly. The clinic called the next day to check on her, and when I sent pictures, Dr. Long personally called to give her opinion. She really makes time for her patients and their owners, which shows how much she cares. I highly recommend this clinic!”
“This place is top tier when it comes to customer service. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by one of the staff working the front register. The selection is huge so I am sure you will find your specific pet needs. I also love that they sell prescribed dog food since my dog is diabetic he can only eat specific food. Not many locations carry prescribed food and also require a doctor's referral. The employees are very knowledgeable and are super friendly if you need any help. They do offer grooming services but I've never used them so I can't say to much about that. You're also allowed bring your pet inside to do your shopping. Overall the prices are competitive, yes you might pay a few extra bucks here but I honestly believe its worth it for the overall experience the employees provide. There is always enough parking so thats not an issue. It's also handicap accessible. Overall great experience highly recommend.”

“This is a hidden gem for pet owners in the SFV. We have three dogs and have had numerous veterinary visits and procedures all over the valley over the last ten years. We just got two of our dogs teeth taken care of and the others ear medicated here. This place is not only more reasonably priced but clearly more empathetic and compassionate about taking care of our animals then any other place in the past. Thank you Granada Veterinary Clinic for taking such good care of our dogs and we look forward to you taking care of them moving forward as long as we have them!”
“Love this veterinarian office. We’ve been here multiple times for various reasons/pets. We’ve always seen Dr S and he’s knowledgeable and compassionate. We’ve had to put a pet down here and everyone wasp professional and overall great. Their prices are better than other local places and 100% they aren’t jam packed with patients all day.
There’s never been a time that I’ve called and couldn’t get in same day. It takes me almost a half hour to get here but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“We love CAMP and their mission. When we were down on our luck we were able to get our Chihuahua Pug mix spayed through their low cost program. Today we had our Parson's Terrier mix get a cleaning and extraction done at CAMP's Northridge location and it went flawlessly.
Dr. Segal is an angel and works diligently to make sure that animals in her care are taken care of to the last little detail. Before going into surgery we received multiple status calls and updates from clinic staff. Dr. Segal followed up with us via text and checked in on our sweet boy after-hours. CAMP and their staff go above and beyond. We are so grateful that they server our community and pets with such care and compassion.
We look forward to the day that we can contribute a monthly donation to their cause.

“Dr. Cisneros did a consultation with me and my husband after we got rough news about a mass near our 7-year old GSD’s spleen. He went through all the reports and images from Vet ER and helped us interpret it all. Plus he gave very realistic options and how to get best possible outcome (just more time with our wonderful girl). Doc and team were so great. Really liked his communication style. When you do get an appointment, they are thorough, helpful, and compassionate. They are quick to refill pet meds and are helpful. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable.”

“We adopted a dog from the Castaic Animal Shelter. I contacted Copperhill Animal Clinic to schedule an appointment for our new pup. In the packet of documents that we received from the shelter, there was a voucher for a free exam from a participating vet in network with the organization that sponsors the program. At the time I scheduled our appointment, I verified that the providers at this clinic were participating in the program. The person who helped me make the appointment politely explained that they collect a fee up front to hold the appointment and if I chose to purchase any services or product purchases beyond what is included in the free exam, the fee would offset the cost of those charges. If no additional services were rendered or products purchased, I would be refunded the fee. At the time of my appointment, the fee was $70. To me, this was fair and reasonable. From the get go, the communication was transparent. The day of our appointment, we saw Dr Watts. She entered the exam room and greeted us warmly. Our dog, a three year old poodle, was immediately calm and comfortable with her presence. She sat on the floor with our dog and as she spoke to us, she examined him in a manner that was gentle yet thorough. She shared information with us about canine health in general. She made sure that she answered all of the questions we had. She made recommendations based on her examination and our desire to address flea, tick and heartworm prevention, and oral health. Dr Watts explained all of our options. After Dr Watts completed her time with us, a lovely vet tech named Raven, brought a cost estimate sheet to us with all of the items and procedures we discussed with Dr Watts. She gave us time to privately make our choices. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything. We knew ahead of time that we would be spending money at the vet so we were prepared. We truly appreciate the time that Dr Watts took with us during the appointment. The support persons working at the front desk were kind and helpful. We chose to schedule our dog for a teeth cleaning. In preparation for this upcoming visit, we had labs done. Dr Vanessa called us a day or two later with the lab results. The call went very well. We have been very pleased with the excellent care that we and our dog have received from the care givers at this vet clinic.”
