No assistace in accounts unless you make an appt. Then they are several days out with no appts available. They don't answer phones and do not offer to explain what steps you need to assist you.

The Hispanic female teller with eyeglasses has no customer service, communication skills or have any idea on what's she's doing, I personally don't how's she's a bank teller, probably (LIED ON HER Resume) There was NO branch manager to help me while dealing with this unintelligent teller. I will let my attorney know, so they can file a complaint against this branch!

Understaffed. Hours have been condensed since covid, closed Saturdays and earlier at night. Nice people but corporate greed and indifference will be pushing me to a different bank soon. I don't need the aggravation of waiting 20-30 min every time I have a business deposit to make.

Showed up in a DISABLED car a MINUTE late before they closed and they wouldn't help me. Taking ALL of my money from this bank. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

No customer service.If they are out a staff there is no business continuity. You will have to go somewhere else. They won't even find a way to help you. I understand for other institutions this would be the case, but you are a bank for crying out loud. Find a way to help your customers who trust you.Anyway, banking somewhere else. I was here to actually close the account but their banker called out sick so no one else could help.

What a terrible, poor and weak customer service. My teller was Hispanic female, I should of catch her name, in the mid-section, I was getting cash for traveling to Mexico and asked unmarked bills, because bank don't take marked ones, she told me that's no true, because my mom lives there, lol, are you for real? So, she did not help me or even attempted to help. She gave me what machine gave her and told me to leave. I hope you fire half of your stuff, for laziness, as well being unprofessional and absolutely rude! As far as I know the manager of this brunch is Hispanic and he only hires of his own, so they are totally out of control here. Please, can we have American customer service here, we are not in Mexico! Thinking to switch my banking after 9 years~!

Thank you WELLS FARGO for putting a 10 DAY HOLD on a deposited check. The more I use this account, the more I'm convinced I should CLOSE my account. I could have cashed the check at their bank with less hassle. I have deposited checks in my credit union account for 30 years with AT MOST a 3 business day hold. WELLS FARGO got the money the next business day, THAT'S HOW BANKING WORKS!I recommend you DO NOT use WELLS FARGO on Lyons, or any other branch. Open a credit union account and you will be a lot happier, have access to YOUR money, and not have your intelligence disregarded.I should have read Yelp reviews before opening an account.WELLS FARGO is a NO GO!

I went go first time by chance I sold my car and they give a wells forgo bank chik $ 3328, it’s tha bank hold $7.50. Tax are bank charge ask for 2 Id for confusion and give me $3220.50 , and the style of counting just like the expert in , play cards ,like that when I left and go to car and count the money $100 is missing then I go back when she saw me she confused and then she go and say to manger I m counting in my money after some time they give m my $100 . So be Carefully Specially go Wells Fargo bank in Lyons Avenue

This place is looking good. It's nice to see more than 1 teller when I walk in. Darleen did a great job holding down the fort will others were being hired. Keep it up. Polite , sweet and great customer service skills. We need more like her. She came off her break to help with the line that was 10 customers long with no complaints that's an employee you can count on.

Stay away from this bank! Made an appointment to do a banking transaction with a banker, showed up for the appointment and was told that the person that was supposed to help us is out to lunch. So we rescheduled for the following day got here on time and nobody had any record of our appointment. So if you like to waste time and go back and forth and be blown off this is the perfect place for you. Closing accounts now never again! The attitude is they don't give a crap and they very much show it with their attitude.!
