“Super helpful and friendly staff. We brought in our old worn faucet parts that need replacing. They were generic, and had no brand or model number that could seen. The staff at Ferguson got us exactly what we needed, explained how to do the replacement, and sent us on our way.We will be going back to Ferguson for all of our plumbing needs.”

“I was greeted right away and given lots of good information I could use in making my decision on an appliance. Sale was easy. I can comment on installation after it has taken place.”

“This is about the Soquel Home Depot. I was looking for a Milwaukee drill that was on sale. The internet was showing three in stock at that price. The problem was that Home Depot has all this inventor spread out in multiple locations so you cannot find anything. Two home depot representatives spent at least 30-45 minutes trying to help me find one of those drills. Sure enough they did and were successful. This is a five star review, thanks to those that helped me. As for the store, management needs to do better in indicating where store inventory is located. Add RFID tags if needed to pinpoint the location within the store so customers/employees don't have to waste 45 minutes looking.”

“I think Home Depot has a lot of of really good items for a great price. The online store is where to go to find anything you found somewhere else but usually at a lower price. I saw beautiful custom tile for my showers online in a boutique store from New York City. To my surprise the exact same tile I found on line at Home Depot for 15% less. I received it via home delivery within a week.”

“Received outstanding customer service from nick who helped us upgrade three of our phones. He was fast , efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough ! Only reason for four stars is Best Buy charges $8 to have a screen protector put on . That’s ridiculous.”

“Typical home depot. The store is always under staffed and frequently purchased items are often up on the shelves and not replaced where they can be reached. They don't provide some products that are common for each trade like you might find elsewhere and they continually switch product lines. That makes matching a previously purchased item difficult sometimes. Their prices can range from great to why the hell is this more expensive than a small hardware store. They do have some good deals from time to time. However, watch out for items they display in heavily. They may appear to be on sale, when in fact, they are the same price when found in their typical location. As with anywhere you have some quality, helpful people who know how to get things done. You also have those where you question their level of competence as they have no clue and work at a snail's pace. While returning items is fairly easy the line can often be long and slow moving. Theft has also slowed the purchase of higher priced products. I also find it lame when you finally find help only to have them say they don't work that department. They aren't helping anyone else and are unable to take 10sec to go up the ladder and grab your item. They act as if the world would stop if the guy from plumbing has to grab something electrical. I'm not talking about dragging them away from their department, this is while they are already walking down the same isle your part is on. That's more of a reflection of store policy and not necessarily the reluctance of an employee. Having said that, I'm sure if they were quick about it no one would in management would take issue. It's also frustrating when you know a product is not on a lower shelf but they insist on wasting more of your time looking for it when they could just grab it from a higher shelf and get you on your way. With prices constantly going up home depot seems to be a necessary evil in order to cut costs on some items.”

“Ron at the pro desk was instrumental in giving clarity, dimensions, and action items on doors and windows. This for those who don't know is for larger orders. Ron's over two decades of experience was very helpful. If only everyone was this helpful, fast, and courteous. Keep up the great work.”

“I go here a bunch but today I was there and I saw a empty fridge box that would be an awesome fort for my 5 year old. I was buying some other things and asked Michelle if I could have the box. She went the extra mile and held my baby girl while I checked out and helped me put it in my van. It's the small things that matter in life and being kind and stoking out a child she never meet meant a lot. Mahalo Michelle”
