“Great service. I was able to drop off my mountain bike that needed attention to the shifter and brakes on a Saturday evening. Left it there with an appointment for Friday and had a call back Friday at 12:30pm. Repair cost was a bit high, but my bike feels like new and rides faster, after having it's first tuneup in 16 years.”

“Pretty simple review. I like to buy parts for my bike repairs from local shops when I'm in the middle of a repair. I was recently rebuilding a fork., I needed a service kit. They had it in stock at the same price as the cheapest online. I went in, bought the part that day,
I installed it and was happy I didn't need to wait for shipping of the parts. The salesperson was polite and efficient. This was for the Santa Cruz Store but I have had similar experiences with the Aptos location. Thanks”

“It was the only place that had a size 49 that I was looking for. It was scheduled to ship, and Bobby was such a great man of going into detail of how it'll be packed and so on. I ended up driving there from Sacramento, and it's worth the drive because I got to meet some awesomeness team. I did spend a lot of money (wallet got more aero), but there were plenty of people coming in for small items (Less expensive), and they got the same treatment, which shows their character, they care about their customers. It's definitely a place I'll shop again. My only complaint is that I bought a new bike and I wish I had received a free water bottle with their logo to represent. Thanks, Bobby.”
