Epicenter Cycling is a locally-owned and operated bike store on the west side of Santa Cruz. It offers the largest selection of electric bikes in the area, as well as mountain, road, hybrid, commuter, and kids bikes. The sales and service team is remarkable, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, showing an attention to detail. They are thorough in conducting maintenance, quick and ready to help, and fully transparent when suggesting products. The shop has a nice setup with lots of inventory, carrying a wide variety of clothing, helmets, gear, and accessories. It features a full service repair center and offers cruiser and full-suspension rentals, along with a shuttle service. It is a comfortable place to ask questions, and customers can become part of the community through group rides and classes. Serving Santa Cruz County and surrounding areas, it is a great bike shop that comes highly recommended for its outstanding service and great bikes.
Rented a couple of hard tails with my wife for some SC mountain biking and really appreciated our experience with Epicenter. Had a couple pretty small mechanical issues with one bike and the team at Epicenter made sure to make it right and sent us on our way with great service and a great overall experience. Would recommend!

Yesterday I bought safety equipment for my new electric scooter, gloves, helmet, knee and shoulder pads.
