“Super pleased with the customer service at this shop. I came in at closing and the employees were still willing to show me bikes for sale. I knew I'd need a good bit of time to decide, so I chose to come back the next day instead. When I arrived they helped me consider all the possible options for ways to get my two dogs on my bike. I settled on the Tern GSD with a Burly XL trailer for max flexibility and towing capacity. They didn't rush me at any point in the process, and even price matched the bike to what Tern was listing online. They could tell I was super excited to get the bike so they went the extra mile and got it ordered from their warehouse and built up in two days! I'll be recommending them to anyone wanting an e-bike in the future.”
