“Pretty quick in and out. Car was nice, and ready for me when i got there. The midweek deal I got was really good value.
The lady at the front was super polite and helpful. There were a lot of customers in at the same time and she did a good job of communicating to everyone what order she could get to them in. Really did go into turbo mode best she could and got everyone on their surprisingly well.
So much better than the hertz rental experience at the airpot.”
“I don't really write reviews online, but I had such a positive experience with Mary at the Budget Car Rental in Santa Cruz that I simply had to post something. She went absolutely above and beyond when I was in a horrible situation with a car I rented at the San Jose airport. The car malfunctioned on Highway 17, and Budget corporate customer service was entirely unhelpful. Mary was so efficient in setting me up with a new car and I was able to get back on the road so quickly. She is clearly experienced in managing rentals and knowledgeable about how to navigate the corporate side of things. She made an incredibly frustrating situation easy for me. Above all, she was SO kind and supportive as I was visiting for a family emergency, which I will truly never forget.”
