“I've been working with Marc and Mike at Access Options for over 20 years. They have built two vans for me that match all my needs as a disabled driver. What they are able to do is nothing short of magic and Mike the technician is a total magician! This company has served so many for so long. I am one of the lucky ones that gets to drive because Access Options exists. They have gone out of their way for me numerous times to keep me driving and working. I would encourage anyone with accessible driving needs to reach out to this company. Thank you, Marc Mike for all you do!”

“I had an excellent experience at Hertz in Watsonville this morning. The two women working at the counter were courteous, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. They took the time to clearly explain the vehicle drop-off process and answered my questions thoroughly. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help made the rental experience smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to encounter employees who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you both for making the process so easy and pleasant!”
