I needed to share my fabulous experience! I was not aware of fitting hours and prior to working I drove across the county prior to my work shift looking to be fitted. I was informed it was too late but when I spoke to the lovely woman who was doing the fitting she happily measured my legs, got my info and checked me out within 15 minutes! What a life saver! Thank you so much!!!!!

I begin with the good, they have everything you will need for home care, and will work with you to be sure things work out.OK, now the bad:Their App sucks so bad it deserves mention. After you enter all information, you can order a refill. That's it. Unless there are no refills, then it simply gives you an error message with the land-line number for the very overworked pharmacist. The App has no texting capability, you can only leave a note during a refill, but all that data is lost forever if there;s no refill available. The app does not alert you when a prescription is ready, sometimes I will get a separate text, mostly, I must call the land-line for any and all needs, when a better App would take the burden off the poor pharmacist! Bad choice, Horsnyders!Oh - and please never let an employee answer the phone if they are a person who does NOT listen, seems judgemental, only talks, and nearly every time they are wrong and I have to either call back hoping someone else answers, or have someone drive me there to straighten things out! I love you guys, but this happens way too often there. The place feels like a Mom-and-Pop that is ignoring technical progress to their detriment, and the customers too...Yes, I am eyeing Walgreens drive-thru these days...

"A happy shopping experience"????!!! Are you talking about the same place I visited some time ago? Experiencing severe pain in shoulder recently operated on for a torn rotator cuff and I rented a prescribed tensor apparatus. Horsnyder staff offered very little advice for using the gadget and I returned twice due to a defective device and finally returned it for a small refund as I remember. The place is lacking energy or engaging atmosphere that exudes "Horsnyder's will help your pain melt away" and the RX merchandise is very EXPENSIVE.

Terrible service. Walk to the register and it’s like they are doing you a favor by selling to you overpriced products. Their POS doesn’t accept non-chipped FSA/HSA cards. I literally take a picture at the cash register of the same products I will buy on Amazon and they are oblivious that they are destroying their own business. All with a friendly smile, incredible.

Shout out to Vicky at Horsenyders in Santa Cruz. She came to my home to fit me with a body brace when I could not leave my home. She tried to accomodate me in every way possible.She is courteous pleasant and well informed. In the course of my treatment for my injury she stood out as jncredibly helpful and professional.

Why are the people who work at Horsnyder Pharmacy so rude? Today, I went to Horsnyder Pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was sent in earlier in the day. I was met with an unfriendly younger woman at the counter who was speaking in one syllables sentences and basically said there was no prescription for me . I immediately called my Dr's office where I had been three hours ago and they said the prescription had been sent. I told the woman that and she went off and came back saying that they 'found' it and that it would take 15 minutes to fill. 50 minutes later and I was out the door.Seriously, I was so appalled at her lack of interest and angry behavior in helping me and I told her so.I used to refer all of my patients to Horsnyder pharmacy as a PT. Not anymore. There were plenty of people behind the counter and other employees drifting in an out of the area but they just did not seem to be working much. When they interacted with customers it was rushed and the feeling was "its your problem not mine".Then, as I waited I saw a similar situation unfold with another person coming to pick up her medication. Rude behavior shown to her too, medication not ready, long wait.. Geeze.I had wanted to give my business to an established local pharmacy but after experiencing such behavior twice in one hour by one single person, I won't be back.

Place is horrible they hire complete fools I swear I go through same Sh## monthly call in my script tell them I'm on my way but in reality I wait hours or until end of day and once I arrive. Oh it's not ready can u wait 30 min and I do tell them I called it in this morning and no I'm not ok with waiting u people literally do this every month !!! I just finally changed pharmacies and I hope to never go back here Ever!!

Many thanks to Taylor, the pharmacist. She filled my Rx, after hours when they had just closed on New Year's Eve, after I ran out of inuslin. I wish her a very Happy New Year. This would have never happened at a big-box store!

Carol at the register refused to give me back my original receipt after a return on the receipt. She had no clue that the original receipt is the property of the purchaser. Carol was rude behind a fake smile.I asked for the manager to contact me, that never happened.A manager should always return a call so as to find out how service could be improved.

Why oh why are staff so rude on the phone? They need to be schooled in customer relations. They know they’re the only game in town, so why try to be compassionate? Like Lily Tomlinson said, “we don’t care, we don’t need to.”
