PetSmart is the world's largest pet supply and services retailer, offering a wide selection of over 10,000 products for various pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals. Customers appreciate the availability of items and the convenience of online shopping with local pickup. The store has a fun atmosphere, and many employees are friendly and helpful. However, some reviews express concerns about the treatment of live animals, specifically mentioning instances of neglected animals. While the prices are often seen as high compared to competitors, shoppers find that PetSmart provides a comprehensive range of products in one location. Checkout lines can be slow, but overall, the store is viewed as a solid choice for pet supplies, with a decent selection and reasonable pricing options.
