“Omg this store is amazing. I want all their toys and we went for my 5yo. The amount of calico creatures they have is impressive! What got my attention was the rainbow display and a Dolly Parton tote ^__^ the owners love of toys, representation, and authentic existence is inspiring. It gave me hope to hear about story-time. Their associate that helped us (and successfully up-sold me) was delightful. Glad we came and love all the toys my child picked.”

“A cute mom-and-pop shop close to Capitola Beach! Me and my family visited Capitola Beach for the first time, then we happened to walk by Rainbow City Limit. Since it was our first time here, we wanted to check out the souvenirs they had. The inside is really quaint and fashioned with many toys and tourist souvenirs. They also have a selection of Beatles merch which I thought was pretty cool! I ended up buying a Santa Cruz sticker sheet and a couple of postcards to mail to my relatives. The owner was really nice too. Definitely a cute place to stop by if you're in the area! Just a heads up that parking can be hard to find in the area. Paid street parking only and you have to move your car after 3 hours!”

All of the salespeople are quite nice and hospitable!! Whoever is the buyer and owner of this store has excellent taste and gets the most unique and beautiful things that girls just love to buy for their home!! They have jewelry too!! They have candles, throws, pillows, pictures, lotions, scarfs, mittens, pajamas, beach stuff decor, and wallets, and seasonal items that are so original you can't find anywhere else!! DSW isn’t the store—he’s the guy who helped me, and let me tell you, he’s basically the superhero of trade-ins. I came in with a PS5 expecting paperwork, waiting, and maybe a sacrifice to the tech gods—but this man? Moved like a legend.

It was Pokémon card sale day, so the line looked like Black Friday for Pikachu, but DSW had me in and out so fast I thought I triggered a secret VIP speedrun mode.

And FYI—Google Maps will send you to the wrong side of the strip mall. Ignore it. Head toward Trader Joe’s like you’re craving gluten-free vibes—GameStop’s right there.
