I cannot say enough good things about Big Rig Collision Center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. José, the owner, and his entire team did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my semi truck. They truly went above and beyond for me from beginning to end.
Throughout the entire repair process, José was always available and always kept in communication with me. I called him almost every day to check on my truck, and he always took the time to answer my calls, explain what was going on, and keep me updated. That level of customer service is extremely hard to find nowadays.
The insurance company covered the repairs from my accident, but José went above and beyond just doing what the insurance approved. He made sure everything was done correctly and that my truck didn’t just look the way it did before the accident — it came out BETTER than it looked before. Honestly, my truck looks practically NEW.
Everyone I have shown the pictures to, and everyone who has seen the truck in person, has told me how incredibly clean and new it looks. The quality of the bodywork and attention to detail speaks for itself.
Another HUGE thing that impressed me is that Big Rig Collision Center stands behind their work. They guarantee their bodywork and paint for as long as you own the vehicle. Whether it’s a semi truck or a regular car, they stand behind the work they perform for the lifetime of your ownership. To me, that says a lot about the confidence they have in the quality of their work.
I am extremely grateful to José and the entire Big Rig Collision Center team for everything they did for me. God forbid I ever need collision or bodywork on my semi truck again, I would not even consider going anywhere else. I would also trust them with my regular vehicles without hesitation.
I don’t recommend businesses easily because I believe a recommendation should come from actual experience. With Big Rig Collision Center, I have absolutely NO hesitation recommending them. I can personally speak from experience about the quality of their work, their honesty, communication, and the way they take care of their customers.
José and the entire team — THANK YOU for taking care of me and my truck and for going above and beyond what was expected. You have earned a customer for life.

“I'm sorry I can't describe all the services involved because I'm not much of a car person, but I can tell you this much:
This summer I helped a deaf relative who inherited an old car that had been modified in some probably unwise ways by its previous owner. Also the car had been sitting neglected outdoors for three years -- in other words, it suffered massive abuse and neglect, and had multiple issues.
It was a job that required a lot of re-checking when something still didn't seem quite right, and even taking a third look at a stubborn problem.
Both Han and office manager Rachel listened to our needs and were very patient, willing and able with the communication barrier, responsive and conscientious at every step, and cooperative about making time for an unexpected problem. At one point when something else went wrong, they were very helpful with information about how to get the car back to the shop without further incident.
I was impressed by the care taken and the willingness and determination to stick with it, and get to the source of the seemingly endless malfunctions.”

“Amazing Shop!! I have a 2015 Lexus that I am sick of taking to the dealership because they charge insane prices and I always feel like they’re trying to sell me on stuff I don’t actually need. I took a chance with this shop because I figured even if I saved a couple hundred dollars, I know that they wouldn’t lie to me and say I needed work I didn’t really need to get done at the moment. And sure enough they did an excellent service for 75,000 miles and let me know what I would probably need in the future. Didn’t try to upsell me anything and they looked for anything that may be a potential problem in the future that I’m not currently experiencing problems with and that alone is worth its weight in gold.
The shop is spotless. I have never seen a mechanical shop so pristine.
They also run on schedule. Shut up for my appointment and within five minutes my car was in the shop being serviced.
I will forever take my cars to the shop. I would rather pay local businesses than the dealership any day.”

“Came here to get my front brakes replaced and serviced. The workers at Muffler Express were upfront before starting work that the job would cost estimate would be $265 including labor before taxes and a credit fee. I asked around and my friends said that was a reasonable price. I left my car and within 2 and a half hours the car was done and able to be picked up. Went to the shop and the price remained the same with an extra $15 of taxes and 3% credit fee. The car felt great on the car ride back!”
