Was almost hit by one of their crazy delivery drivers in the mission valley area!! He even tried to force me off the road!! Totally unacceptable especially coming from a guy that used to drive for UPS.. Anyways, I called it in and reported it. Hopefully management takes care of this crazy, unpatient individual..

They never come during business hours. They show up at 6:15 pm. Then there's a 2 or 3 day delay before I get my package. The company tracking site is useless; I'm unusable to leave a message.
US Mail is superior.

No problems with delivery of alcohol,unlike fedex. However signing up for text delivery updates was worthless as no updates were sent for 6 hours after the initial email.
