“Greatly satisfied with Martin! Walked in on a random Tuesday afternoon. Told him what we were looking for and he showed us around a few units and to top it off gave us an awesome price.”
“Had such a great experience! Great facilities are always clean and safe!! Thank you to the Manager Irene she was so informative and helpful! Would recommend to all!!”
“Angie was super friendly and professional. For sure the best prices and smile in town. She took me on a tour around the property I loved spending with her and great conversation. I enjoyed getting to know her. Shes literally the only reason I got a storage unit. I needed to see her again 😍 might just get another unit just because”

“I had a great experience at US Storage Centers! Ken was awesome from the moment I walked in. He took the time to give me a tour of the facility, answered all of my questions, and made sure I found the right storage unit for what I needed. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, patient, and never pushy. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. It was clear that they take good care of the property. If you’re looking for a storage place with great service, definitely ask for Ken. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free!”
“Awesome, same-day delivery. Dropped off and staged in less than thirty minutes. highly recommended! Ruben was able to get this storage unit in a space with about 4 inces on eiter side and back out when we were done. This man needs a raise. It took less than 20 minutes to remove and load the unit. Thank You Ruben 5 Star Customer Service.”
“This place is super new, you can almost smell how new it is. There is about 5-7 big wagons/carrier things that you can use, its busy on the weekends so make sure to grab one and be considerate. Two huge working elevators and the place is always so clean and air conditioned.”
“Great Customer Service on-site Manager George is Friendly and Professional, the place is always Clean, excellent investment having an onsite manager 7 Days a Week”
“I had an outstanding experience thanks to Luis C. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free.
It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Luis went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left completely satisfied. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail really stood out.
If you’re visiting this U-Haul location, I highly recommend asking for Luis C. He’s a true asset to the company, and because of his exceptional service, I’ll definitely be returning for any future moving or rental needs. Thank you, Luis, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy!”
“Excellent. Easy. Chill. Great first time experience with uhual. Had the van. It was clean and efficient . Can drop off after hours np. Can checkout on app. I used it for work 90miles. Will come back! Nice location. Helpful.”
“This was my first time delivering to this location on 3/17/2023. My appointment was set for 07:00. As soon as I arrived and checked in, I was given a door immediately. I only had 5 pallets to deliver here and they finished unloading me within 20 mins which I really appreciated because I had another stop to deliver to. The customer service was on point and the owner of the facility was really cool and down to earth. I definitely recommend hauling loads for this company.”

“Jennifer is on the other side of Washington, and she was super sweet & attentive. She referred us to the Slauson office.
Ms. Christina was straight to the point & explained everything. The only thing is the Exit door doesn't open automatically as said.”
