About Performance Team - Santa Fe Springs
Performance Team is a large third-party logistics company with many years of experience and multiple domestic hubs. Some find it very organized and like a well-oiled machine. However, numerous operational difficulties are reported. The process is often described as very slow, with a cramped yard where damaging a trailer is likely. Entry and exit are complicated by security theater and lazy workers, with entry and exit on different sides. Parking is a significant issue, with no street parking and no parking on site. Drivers report receiving only one bill of lading due to claimed security reasons, which is unusual and inconvenient. There are also serious warnings about load safety, with advice to photograph and video trailers because loads may not be properly secured and could fall. Their facilities in another state are noted to avoid admitting mistakes. While some note it is not the worst or too bad, many recommend using other facilities if possible and to be very careful.

Wasn't too bad. Yard dog honked at me when I was trying to preserve my clock(cmv)drive under 5mph. Yall know how it is.
