“Amazing service and management!! My truck broke down while backing down on dock and blocked their docks for 24hours. But the management was so cooperative and they understood my situation and offered to help with whatever they could and kept checking on me if i needed help or no. Very nice & friendly people!”
“It is a place where you have to be very clear about the appointment time, I arrived an hour and a half later and I am not sure that they will unload me on the day, be disciplined with your appoiment”
“If your delivering here try and show up before 7am, before the employees come and park in front of the dock. Or else you might have to back in from the street, blindside.”
“These guys at the warehouse were really helpful and friendly. They helped me figure out the best way to tie down and transport my sectional couch. When we couldn't fit all 3 pieces, they were so kind to let me come back and get the 3rd piece even after they closed. The guys are here are super helpful and a shout out goes to their floor manager.”
“Really? Only 1 BOL is given due to "security reasons"? You always need 2 copies. One for the customer, 1 for the driver. Yes, it's not too hard to go somewhere else and make a copy, but how cheap can you get? I highly doubt this is for "security reasons" but just a funny attempt to save a few pennies. Litterally no one else does this anywhere ?”
“Missed my truckload pickup appointment today but got worked-in in a very reasonable time.
Once docked Chris made a light work of loading and had me loaded in less than an hour, thank you Chris.
I've delivered and picked up here many times and really like the place and people working here.
You have restaurants and coffe within 5 minute walk, on-site parking while you wait for your appointment, and really accommodating staff when there is a possibility”
“You find parking on the street somewhere. Walk in to the receiving shack where they give a door. Drive in. Check in with guard shack. Docking may be tight depending on the door. Wait for unloaded to come grab your gate pass. Unloaded brings it back out for you to take to receiving shack. They’ll get you your signed BOLs. You check out at the guard shack. Go enjoy the infamous traffic. Had a good first time delivery here. 2 hours from arrival to departure. There’s a good Mexican restaurant directly across the street from the guard shack.”
“Decent UNFI!! Find a parking spot outside the gate. Walk to guard shack to check in. Try to get in line an hour early before your apt time. It's going to be a long line. I arrived at guard shack 45min before my 06:30am apt. Didn't get to the windows until 06: 27am. Got a door right away. They have the option for self unloading or hired a lumber. Once unloading, they will send you a txt to pay for lumber. So you better be awake bc they don't call. Other then that, 4 stars for now, bc there's room for improvement with check in process. Keep up the great work team”
