“Misty was friendly, and very informative. She provided great customer service! The property is clean and they have a speaker system with music playing. Makes work feel less like work.”
“Have been storing at this location for a few years now and I have nothing but good positive feedback. Customer service at any business is always a plus Mayra has always been very helpful not only during the time of rental but just anytime you have questions or concerns she is willing to help and provide solutions She is very informative and knowledgeable. Mayra is always out making sure the place is clean and always greets us with a smile when we come in to our storage. Thank you for all your hard work and customer service A+”
“Very professional, practical, fast and courteous. Thanks Tina and sweet front desk attendant. I highly recommend this place Comstock in Ehittier. Yolanda Nunez. I hit my place in 12 minutes”
“Tony is always helpful when I go to my storage. He recently helped me reset my auto gate open on my phone when I somehow lost it. And also forgot my code and showed me how to save it on my phone.”
“Casandra helped me a lot whenever I need her. She’s there and if she’s not there I do go to the one on Valley en Puente by the McDonald’s and Beatriz. I don’t know her last time but she’s a great help too. They’re both great with me. They’re always there when I need them. They help me out whatever I don’t understand. Beatriz is real good and nice to me. She always has a smile. Just a Casandra too. Casandra is the one for by facility. Workman and Beatriz is the one on Valley. They’re both great so I will give them a chance on both of them. They’re very helpful. Thank you.”
“I honestly would rate Jennifer's service BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! She was a huge help, answered ALL my annoying questions. Helped me set up the app on my phone and tolerated me as a came back several times before finally leaving. She's a great representation of customer first and an amazing asset to Extra Space Storage.”
“Visited the location and Sadie was extremely helpful. Her customer service was great and because of her I plan on transferring my property to her location. Thank you Sadie”
“Bob is the main person there and sits at the front desk when he's on site. He's always extremely friendly and helpful. For a family owned business, their prices are better than nearby competitors and it is in a VERY VERY secured area. There is also A/C for the storage unit which is a huge plus! If they have a vacancy, I highly recommend renting one if you live in the Whittier and surrounding cities.”
“Even though I didn’t find what I was looking for the staff here went above and beyond to try and help me. Very friendly and professional in every possible way.”
“Good reliable service at this location the staff of very friendly the only thing they seem a bit disorganized but overall I had a good experience when returning the pickup truck and picking it up. hopefully they are able to fix their organization the next time I come by and rec another vehicle.”
“C.O.D. is my main source for supplies. Great customer service and Mike is always willing to help. Love this place. Highly recommended to anyone looking for shipping supplies. Plus, Mike has some great stories to tell! %^) Great service with a laugh and a smile is hard to find nowadays.I would recommend to call first so Mike can help you find what you need. He will have it ready for you and give you as many options as you need.”
“These guys are amazing. Jesse is such a pleasure to deal with, just an all around good guy. Facility is clean, lots of cameras for security, and love the extended gate hours (could be a bit longer into the evening 😉).
100% recommend these guys for storing your vehicle or RV!”

“Refilled propane at this location. Plenty of parking. Rang bell by propane refill station once. Attendant promptly came out, filled tank, and we had a pleasant conversation. Not too busy on a weekday.”
