Got on Safelite’s website around 12pm and same day it said I could have a tech come out between 1-5. Santino arrived within the scheduled time, only took 20ish minutes and the window looks good as new. Very satisfied with his communication, professionalism, and service. Highly recommend.”
“Okay wow.. I didn't realize that I've already been here once before! Thats cool!I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler and the windshield is basically vertical which makes it prone to cracks from road debris.. so sad.. Im in town for the Holiday and thought it would be better to replace it here instead of LA since the options out there are booked out for weeks.I filed an insurance claim and they set me up with Safelite repair, Safelite replace but I'm all about supporting local businesses so I chose APEX instead. Let me start off by saying that I am blown away by how quick they were able to get a factory OEM windshield into their warehouse.. I called on Tuesday 11/21 and by 11AM the following day I had a brand new windshield Literally less than 24 hours! Safelite was going to take an additional day which meant I wouldn't have a new windshield until after the holiday.. so 6 days later. When I arrived the staff was warm and friendly. They greeted me immediately and began replacing my windshield before I could even sit down. They had a comfortable waiting room stocked with coffee, water, snacks, candy, and a window tint display so you can see the different types of tint they offer. They also had Christmas decorations up which I thought was cute.It took a little less than an hour to complete the replacement. Once it was done the front desk staff thanked me for coming by, offered me a receipt, and handed over my keys.I inspected my car and it looked great! They even gave me a complimentary bottle of their window cleaner! At first I thought maybe the technician left it in the car by mistake so I tried to return it and they said it was mine to keep.. They also said it was the best one out there so we'll see! Overall I am blown away by their level of professionalism and kindness.. What a gem this place is!Thanks Apex! You have a customer for life!”
