“Sergio and his crew are top notch. I searched and got estimates all of Santa Maria until I found Central Autoworks. Since then, I’ve sent 3 vehicles into their shop for major dent repair and recently to fix peeling paint on my old 2014 Silverado.
They really went above and beyond. The price to fix a bucket list of things was extremely fair and they did more than they needed to, fixing small dents and scratches that weren’t even on the ticket!
Truly a class act over there with these guys. Can’t recommend Sergio enough, this is the only place I’ll ever go for autobody work. Keep it up!”
“Jaeckels treated me like family every step of the way. After the HEMI engine in my 2017 Ram 1500 failed, they helped me secure a replacement engine directly from Chrysler that came with a three-year warranty.
The price for both the engine and labor was very reasonable, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. After the truck was back on the road, I experienced a minor sensor issue. They addressed the problem immediately and made sure everything was working properly.
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. It’s rare to find a business that truly stands behind its work and treats customers with honesty and respect. Thank you for staying true to your word and providing exceptional service. Highly recommended!”

“Santa Maria Mazda is really great. I leased my new car from them and I absolutely love it. I went there recently for my first free oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and they took my car on time, got it done fairly quickly at the time they said they would, and even washed it for me when I asked them to do that. “Customer service from the service department was good, and they were able to address the issues I had my our vehicle. However, I’m docking a star off due to the unreliable shuttle service that they have to take customers to and from the dealership. I finished talking with my service advisor at around 8:15am , and he told me the shuttle had just left and should return within 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes passed, and the receptionist told me the driver was on his way back in about 20 mins. Another 20 mins pass, and a different service advisor told me the same thing. At around 9:40 am, I’m still at the dealership waiting for the shuttle service. I decided to just call myself an uber to get back home. This was a frustrating experience being told multiple times that I will be picked up in 20 mins and waiting over an hour and a half just to end up paying for an Uber. I probably won’t trust their shuttle service after this incident.”

“Terrific service. Had a totally flat tire and called K to come to the house to fix the tire. They answered the phone immediately when we called. We texted the tire specifics to them and they said they’d be here (Nipomo) in 20-30 minutes. Diego arrived within that timeframe, and he immediately figured out the issue. Tire was defective and couldn’t be patched, but he put on the spare tire and loaded the defective tire in the back of the vehicle to take it to the BMW dealership for replacement. All in all, they did a fantastic job and Diego was great to deal with. We recommend them without reservation!”
“On 4/10, we had a check engine light pop up on our way to Santa Cruz. We saw that Autozone had a free engine code reader displayed in their window, but when we went inside to ask, they said they didn't have any anymore. Fortunately for us, O'Reilly was across the street and they did have one.
We plugged it in and couldn't get it to work, so they offered to come out and check it for us. There were still issues, so they brought up the diagnostics on the computer. And sure enough it was an engine misfire. Because of them we were able to correctly diagnose what the issue was and we were able to take it to a shop instead of risking driving the car and a worse situation happening.”

“I went in just to pick up an air filter, and while I was there, I mentioned that I felt like my battery wasn’t having enough power. Angel was so helpful and offered to test my battery for me. Sure enough, it tested bad, and I ended up purchasing a new one. I’m so glad I had it checked because I would hate to get stuck on the side of the road and not have my car start, especially when I could have taken care of the problem ahead of time. Angel was extremely nice, helpful, and made the whole process easy. He even installed the new battery for me! It feels great knowing I can come here and be taken care of by someone who actually takes the time to help and make sure you’re safe. Thank you, Angel, for the great customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend him!”

He not only worked with my budget, he did a great job matching the paint on the new door to the paint color on the rest of the vehicle saving me a lot of money (other shops had wanted to repaint the entire side of the car to blend the color. ). A great job at a great price.”
